I agree with those who note it's impossible to get a new duster on the handle securely and effectively. Most times it comes off; other times I'm dusting with the plastic attachment! The two "slots" you say are there are impossible to find--or they're not actually slots. Needs redesign!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dusting is one of those household chores that I HATE doing. I would honestly rather fold clothes or hand wash dishes. I usually start sneezing up a storm when I dust or can't reach where I want to dust and have to find a stool or chair to stand on. I've been a fan of Swiffer products for a long time but never tried the duster! What I love about this duster is that it picks up the dust instead of just spreading it around like other dusters I've tried. I think that's when I start sneezing, but with this duster it doesn't fly dust in the air and I didn't sneeze once! Amazing!! Another benefit of this is the extender. I honestly kind of scoffed at this and though that it was a cheap telescoping extender and it wouldn't be sturdy enough to really dust with, but woah, Was I wrong. I now don't have to bend down to dust the base boards and I don't have to stand on a chair to reach top of door moldings or those pesky cob webs! We also have mounts on the wall that was a pain to dust because I couldn't reach and now no problem!! I also enjoy the fact that the head of the duster can rotate to a 90 degree angle. I think that's what gives it the advantage over other dusters because you can press down the head of the duster while wiping, like on a ceiling fan, and it will pick up the dust no problem. The only downfall of the product is that because it picks up dust so well you have to replace the duster every time. Which I wouldn't mind that but the refills are pricey and you go through them quickly! I wish you could get more use out of the dusters and be able to use it more than once. I would recommend this product to anyone! The benefits definitely out weigh the cost of the refills. My allergies and my daughter's definitely improved and the fact that I'm a little more safe using the duster because I don't have to stand on a stool to reach hard places, is a HUGE plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inow that I have tried the swifter 360, I honestly do not how I survived without it! The swifter 360 has cut my cleaning down drastically! I love how it seems to trap the dust and then we just throw it away! No nasty rags to wash, no dust falling all over! It worked like a charm on the ceiling fans and with the telescoping handle, and different angle adjustments, it makes getting those high plant ledges a breeze to clean! I am hooked for life!

The head of the duster is easy to change the position and locks into place without any slippage. Overall, the quality of the duster is excellent! It does help to reach those hard to reach places that collect dust quite easily. This product lives up to its name and great at trapping dust.

No readjusting to get it to fit, a no frustration product. I love the fact the it can swivel almost it any direction with the touch of a button. Also it extends to a taller reach to get those high spots. Overall, I think it has a great and easy design and is a product everyone should have in their home!

We have been so busy with our son's activities that our housework had been put on the back burner for weeks so needless to say, our house was very dusty! I love how it doesn't throw the dust around like when you use a towel. It sticks right to the dusters. I used it on my ceiling fan, furniture, vents and even open the area above my pantry! I love how it gets in the hard to reach places! I will definitely be buying refills for my Swiffer Duster!!!

I am really impressed with the design. There is great extension and the end will lock into a couple different positions making dusting so much easier! So nice to not have to use a chair to reach high spots!

It has a button where it lets you adjust the way the duster is positioned to get into every nook and cranny of your house or wherever you have dust! The extendable handle also helps you reach high areas like ceiling fans. It is easy to open up the replaceable dusters and slide it on, and is really good at picking up dust!

It isn't something I would have thought to buy on my own, but I will definitely be using it over and over again. I am short, so the long handle makes cleaning ceiling fans and the top of the fridge SOO SO super easy. I am glad to add this to my family of Swiffer products. I love the long reach of the duster handle. I also love that the refills are fairly inexpensive and you get a couple of uses out of them (as long as you clean regularly).

I'm short so I like the fact that I can extend the handle and also tilt the head so that I can reach wherever I need to. I even used it to dust my ceiling fan blades! It traps dust particles like no other products I have used before!
