The kit arrived with the pieces un assembled, but only too minutes to get it snapped together. The duster head is easy to get on, and it is designed to have the swiffer grabbers around the entire head. The head is flexible so it bends to get to the hard areas like the tops of fan blades. The handle also extends so it can reach areas that are difficult to reach like the dust bunnies on the ceiling. It locks in dirt and dust, so you don't have to worry about moving the dust from one area to another. My 2 year old loved to use it too. She took care of the easy areas:) This product is a must have for keeping the house tidy and clean and will definitely be keeping it for spring cleaning!

I can reach the top pantry shelve without standing on a chair and worrying about falling off and hurting myself. I highly recommend this to anyone. No more unnecessary stretching. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try out the Swiffer Duster Starter Kit because, let's face it, dusting isn't my favorite and it's the most "forgotten about" chore in my house! It's so easy and a little fun to use, even my fiance want to try it out! I'm fairly short, so normally I have to drag a chair around if I want to dust anything higher than arms reach. But not anymore! I can dust the tops of the molding in doorways and thanks to the flexibility of the Duster, I can even get the ceiling fan! It really does a wonderful job picking up dust and locking it in so it doesn't get into the air. Overall I really enjoyed this Duster, it's very convenient and makes dusting easier and faster.

The cost is so reasonable and Swiffers are available at all the big box stores. I like that I can buy just the refills and ot have to buy the whole thing every time. The 360 Duster has an extra long adjustable handle to make it even easier to reach things up high like a ceiling fan or a top shelf. I would highly recommend Swiffer products to all of my friends.

I've already used stiffer products in the past and have great experiences. The packaging was nice and neat no assembly required which was nice because I was able to remove and use immediately. The extender wand that was included help me reach areas I wouldn't normally be able to get to with ease, points for that. I'm about 5'2. The dust doesn't fling around as you dust and the ease of use is just wonderful.

You should have seen what this new product did for my house! In fact, I was going to post a before and after picture, but you wouldn't have believed me. So here goes.... I have two dogs who shed up a storm, a long-haired cat, and two kids under 7. Plus, with both of us working outside the home, you can only imagine the amount of dust and mess that collects on literally EVERYTHING. I don't have time to dust on a regular basis, and besides, my allergies always act up when dust gets kicked up into the air from cleaning (a good excuse, right?? :-) When I opened my new Swiffer 360 Duster Starter Kit (http://swiffer.com/en-us/shop-products/dusting/swiffer-360-dusters-cleaner-starter-kit), it was super-easy to assemble and I was excited to see that it had a telescoping, swiveling arm to get high places as well as into those weird awkward places where dust loves to collect. In just the first few minutes of starting to dust our TV room, I quickly saw how easy and effective the dusters were. Dust wasn't going into the air -- it was going onto the duster! And with the new telescoping arm, I could dust bookshelves and the fan blades I've been meaning to get to but couldn't. The house started to look clean again, and I know my kids' allergies will thank me. This is a fantastic product with only one flaw -- the dusters themselves are a little small. So if you have a very dusty house (as I do) you will find yourself going through the refill kit very quickly (as I did). The product is great at collecting the dust, but they fill up quickly before they have to be discarded. So I can see myself now needing to buy the refills often. But I will, because it's a great product that anyone with kids, pets, or people in their house should own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Swiffer products for years now. I had used the original duster but lost the handle when I moved. I was thrilled to be invited to try the new duster. The new version (the Swiffer extendable 360) has a much longer handle that has 2 joints where it can be bent to reach more difficult angles. The brush itself is (as described) fluffier and has dusting fibers all around as opposed to only half. This make it must faster to dust blinds and other surfaces that can accumulate dust on 2 both sides. The longer thin handle can also telescope up to 3 feet long which makes it easier to dust behind or between heavy pieces of furniture without pinching or wedging your arm. I checked the price online and I saw that it costs about twice as much as the original. But with all the improvements and increased usability, it would be worth picking up.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I've never used the Swiffer dusters before, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how much better than work than my other duster I've been using. I used it on my blinds, my ceiling fans, a few lamps and around my tv. The duster literally traps in all the dust, it doesn't go swirling all over the room like a cloud. Depending on how much dusting you are doing, you could use one more than one time. The handle is nice and light and it's easy to remove the used duster and slide a new one on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Dusters Start Kit has been used SO much since it arrived. My 4 year old son has used it more than my husband and I. We have several shelves in our living room, as well as high window ledges. We are all able to reach areas that used to only get dusted on those "deep cleaning days". It is easy to use, (again, my 4 year old uses it with ease) and really grabs the dust. Other dusters and rags just seem to push the dirt around. I used to dread dusting our ceiling fans because the dust would just fall to the floor, on our beds, etc. Yuck! The Swiffer has really saved a lot of aggravation and has actually made us clean more often because it's just so easy. My only wish is that the handle could extend just a bit more, or maybe come with an extending option sold separately. But that's just because we have really high ceilings, windows, etc. We love it!

Then I used the Swiffer Dusters and they make housekeeping so much easier. I can use it to clean the whole house. This product holds dust rather than just spreading it everywhere. The duster also lasts for more than one use. I used it every week for a while before tossing it. The handle made it easier to handle and gave me the ability to dust under and between objects. It also gives me the ability to reach to high places, very convenient due to my short stature.
