I’m a long time user of these wipes as they were the only wipes I could use on my face. UNTIL this most recent pack. I noticed that the packaging was new (updated) but thought nothing of it, because I didn’t think their formula would be different. Well it burnt my entire face and neck. It started with my eyelids and they are so swollen right now it hurts to see. Then it broke me out in an allergic reaction all over my face and neck. It has been 3 days and it won’t go away. I’m so disappointed. I still have a whole pack that I can’t even use. What happened Neutrogena??!!

I love that the formula doesn't irritate my skin or leaves a residue. These quickly take off makeup and are perfect to use at home or on the go. I love having some with me in my car or bag in case anything comes up. Would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These wipes are perfect for an easy quick makeup removal. they are also perfect for sensitive skin as they didnt irritate my skin at all. it was a bit hard to get rid of the waterproof makeup as it was more resistant but all in all they are good to have

Just opened and tried my first pack of the new plant-based compostable wipes, and I love them! I liked the original too, but these are so much softer, smell better, feel less oily, and still remove my makeup and waterproof mascara just as well as the original! I love that they’re better for the environment too :)

My absolute favorite makeup remover!!!! I use these wipes on myself and my clients. The wipe itself is so soft and gentle. The scent isn’t a strong one at all. It gets the job done. Great value and not pricey at all. It’s worth every coin. I will continue to re-purchase over and over again

Although the product does in fact take off my makeup like I wanted, it leaves my skin oily and it doesn't feel clean at all. It feels heavy like I need to go wash my face. Also, when I use the wipes it burns my skin. I can't really blame the product for that though because I have sensitive skin but if you have sensitive skin I wouldn't advise this product.

I recently restocked and although yes they do work and do their job as usual I found two differences from my past experience with these. I feel like the actual wipe material has recently changed to a rougher cheaper feeling wipe, I simply do not like it. The wipe was much softer and nicer before. The second thing is it irritated my eye area, this again might be due to the wipe texture. Disappointed to see a great product change. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this. :(

I have been using these wipes for years without any problems, but stopped for a while because i was washing my face at home in the shower. My boyfriends daughter(who uses the wipes daily) said her eyes burned but I didn’t know what was causing it and she stopped using the wipes and it got better. I ended up staying in the hospital with a family member, so I grabbed some travel products (including the wipes) and after just using them my eyes burn and my face is red with what appears to be a rash. Thankfully I am in a hospital of all places, so I intend to ask a doctor or nurse what the issue may be. I looked online and there at many more reviews and complaints. I would not use this product until they figure out (and fix) whatever this issue is.
