These are the ONLY thing I use to remove my makeup. I am very sure after using this to remove makeup I wash my face with my Dove bar soap just to rehydrate and clean my face up more. This stuff isn’t terribly expensive, a little goes a long way and they last for ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive the Neutrogena Ultra soft makeup remover towelettes and began using immediately. Actually use not only for makeup removal but to refresh my skin after being outside in the heat. The towelettes have a lot of product(moisture) on them and one towelette goes a long way. However the ultra softness seems to weaken the texture or integrity of the napkin and they are practically falling apart by the end. I prefer the original over the ultra soft but I understand many people have skin sensitivities.

I too have used these makeup remover towelettes for years with no problem. I really liked them, but ended up with a very bad rash and swelling on my face, eyes and neck. The package I had just bought was LOT2357NK 15 09 : 18. I am now taking medicine to stop the intense swelling and itching. I still like the product and will go back to it after this all clears up, as I am hoping it was just a bad batch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some days, I wear light makeup and others I wear heavier makeup, like with a smokey eye. I loved how it worked on removing the heavy makeup, but I also love the clean feel on the light makeup days!

Definitely not as great for your skin as actually washing it but, when you are on the go or just trying to get off that stubborn makeup these are a great go to. They get the job done.Worth the money

I've used these for years and cannot find any other makeup remover to do as good a job. But I am sick of the faulty stick method they still use to close the pack after using one. Because I like the product so much, I'm now using the stick (tape) from a disposable wipe packet on my Neutrogena packets - so they won't dry up before I finish the pack. I can't help but wonder if they do it on purpose - they have to know - so we buy more as they dry up. It's particularly frustrating when you know they could do better since other packets don't have this problem.

I used these for almost 5 years and I will never use these again. I had an allergic reaction that made my eyes swollen shut and it was extremely painful too. This reaction has happened for the past month. I was going through my makeup routine to figure out what I was reacting to and I never thought that it would be makeup wipes.

I used to use these makeup removers religiously for a good two years until recently when they started burning the skin under my eyes and drying it out so badly i had to go to urgent care. It was such a severe rash! Not sure if the chemicals or ingredients have changed or what, but my eyes and skin were in so much pain. And it’s sucks because they took the makeup off so well!
