[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I have been using this dryer daily for a few months and we are thrilled with it! It’s everything we expected and more! It holds BIG loads, including bedding that has its own setting! The amount of features this dryer has is amazing and all works perfectly! We love the the steam sanitary and antibacterial features! It’s dried loads well and quickly which is awesome with a family of nine!

First brand new dryer I received didn’t work. Had it replaced with a brand new machine which also didn’t work. Called LG again for help and was told that this is a “known issue.” Their “fix” didn’t work so we returned our washer AND dryer and purchased a different brand. It was a huge hassle and I won’t buy LG again.

There is a lot of pre-set settings, but we often just make our own settings. It's quiet, no vibration noise, load capacity very well suited for our family of three. There's many features we have yet to try (bells and whistles) like the Wi-Fi connection and steam setting. Definitely recommend.

I'm mostly happy with this product. because I'm blind, I love that I can use the app to help me select the cycle I need. However, I wish the Remote Start button was as easy to find on the dryer as it is on the washer. Also, a couple of the dryer's features aren't working properly. The normal cycle doesn't run rthe length of time indicated by the app, and when it's through it makes a sound that sounds like an error signal, although the app doesn't indicate any problems. Also, the timed dry feature isn't working right either. The dryer just runs for a short while, no matter how much time it's actually set to run. and the timed dry is impossible to set up in the app, which is the way I need to do it.

My biggest issue was getting used to the controls on this dryer. They are more complicated than necessary, and sometimes selecting one choice cancels out a previous choice selected. I believe this dryer is more concerned with its technology than the simple, ease of use I'm used to and comfortable with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new washers and dryer a few weeks ago and I just love them. They use less water and energy. Drying time is now reduced. It is so convenient with the sidekick. I don’t feel guilty running a small load anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our laundry set after ours wasn’t getting the job done well and so glad we made the purchase! So many features and it so quiet, plenty of space to dry and our clothes smell great. I hate to say it but I now enjoy doing laundry!

This dryer after the very first load, threw off error codes and the clothes did not dry properly. I would not recommend this dryer, in fact we had it returned, and they sent us a new replacement dryer. The new dryer was even worse as it would not start at all. All the lights came on but the dryer would not work at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MODEL ESPECIALLY AFTER 2 DRYERS WERE BAD.

I also enjoy the wifi capabilities - the app sends notifications when each load is complete. The design is also very modern, which I love; would recommend!

The old dryer was the same brand and lasted a long time without any issues but I had my laundry room remodeled and I decided to replace the appliances. Small issue with the installation that created problems with drying process but once it was corrected, the dryer worked perfectly.
