[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased and have been using this LG electric dryer (and matching washer) for over a month and could not be more satisfied! It's very simple to use and I love having all my LG appliances synced with the app for timely notifications (cycle complete, etc.).

I bought this dryer and the matching LG WM4000HWA washer a couple of months ago and I've been very pleased with their performance. I upgraded from the previous LG models and find that this dryer dries clothes much faster and produces fewer wrinkles even if you forget to unload right away. For items that are very susceptible to wrinkles, I love the Steam Fresh function for touch ups. The clothes come out dry and smooth. The only problem I've had was snagging of small items in the vent openings around the lint trap. This didn't happen often but I called LG and they sent me a new lint trap that has resolved the issue thus far. Another nice feature is the LG app that sends a message to your phone when your clothes are done washing and drying. I'm very happy with both the washer and the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had both washer and dryer by LG for almost 20 years. Had a couple issues at about 15 years and was recommended to replace since they only last 10 years at the most. The issues went away till 5 years later so it was time to replace both. With that kind of reliability it was a no brainer to replace with LG products again.

Purchased as a set just over a month ago. Had a older LG dryer that ran great but washer had issues to upgraded to new set. This dryer is ok but find to fully dry a load I have to use heavy duty setting instead of normal. Do like that I have the set linked to my phone and know when cycle is done

Bought this as part of a washer/dryer pair to replace a 4 year old LG all-in-one washer/dryer combo unit whose drain pump was replaced 3 times. We finally gave up and bought these units. If they prove to be durable and dependable then they will earn my unqualified recommendation as they are quiet, fast, wash & dry really well, and have great features. Just a bit skittish given our past experience with an LG product..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Several options for various drying needs. Somewhat complicated, and no clear instructions on operations but once you begin to play around with it, it's smooth sailing from there. The preset drying options are very dry accurate. Enjoying my new dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for a few weeks and it is a great compliment to my new washer. One of the nicest features is the ThinQ connection. It actually sends a message to my Apple Watch telling me the load is complete. This allows me to remove items more promptly, preventing wrinkles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer and matching washer were upgrades to a pair of front-loaders that were 15 years old and no longer operating in an ideal fashion. I was going to choose the 9000 series Signature pair but our laundry room doesn't have enough space to fit larger machines. As it is with the 4000 series, we now have larger total capacity in frames that are the same size as the outgoing old pair. The quality of these LG machines is apparent. The tubs, chassis, and the rims around each tub are solidly built. The dryer works quite well on most automatic settings and senses the dampness level of clothes, increasing or decreasing cycle time appropriately. Having degrees of "low" or "high" in the heat level is helpful. The number of options for types of clothing is also helpful, but my complaint is that many of presets don't allow for any changes. So, for example, you can't use the "Normal" setting and change the heat. You can't use the "Steam Fresh" setting and change the time other than presets of 3 and 8 minutes. The only way to fully control the dryer is to use the "Timed Dry" setting, which is not the most efficient use. Overall, this is an excellent dryer that looks great, is well made, has a number of good features such as adding steam to the drying process, but the level of customizability and flexibility with the controls is not what I'd like it to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer was purchased with the compatible washer. This dryer is extremely easy to use, however I have not used all the functions yet. It and the washer were gifts from my brother and his significant other. Love all of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG washer to replace and older washer in my new house. I have had LG in the past and loved them. The washer does great at cleaning the clothes. The energy savings alone is enough to buy the washer.
