[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would give this 4.5 stars - love the features - TurboSteam has been wonderful to freshen up clothes - like the wifi features way more than expected (being told via your phone when clothes are done is really nice when living in a multi-level home) - only issue I have had is clothes needing a little longer in the dryer when mixing my usual clothes and bedsheets together

I bought this drier 6 years ago and I have been very pleased with it overall performance. The drier has a steam dry feature which I have been unable to utilize because to water supply is located on the wrong side of utility room and I have not spent the money to route the water over to the other side. I may do it soon.

I was ready to like this model based on the glowing Consumer Reports reviews. What really stuck with me over the past 3 weeks is how it just disappears. It's quiet and just works. I love the notification on my phone. The old 50-year-old dryer this one replaces sounded like a ready mix concrete truck full of bowling balls. Now I forget it's running.

Have only had this for a couple of weeks now, but so far so good. We are having an issue with bigger items like sweaters/hoodies drying with the rest of the clothes so we usually take them out after a little bit and let them air dry on a hanger. Need to dive into the details a bit to figure out if it's some setting we arent using.

Had a couple issues at about 15 years and was recommended to replace since they only last 10 years at the most. The issues went away till 5 years later so it was time to replace both. With that kind of reliability it was a no brainer to replace with LG products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the dryer has exceeded my expectations. It replaced a GE large capacity dryer which only lasted about 4 years and required several repairs. Hopefully this dryer will last longer and continue to perform well for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is the worst. I have alphas the control board replaced. It always has the d80 code like there is no vent. But this a new construction plus we have checked for any blockages. What I think is the dryer blower not strong enough to vent out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a lemon, or a piece of junk. This dryer has been nothing but a source of aggravation ever since I purchased it. We keep on getting this flashing “gas” error. The dryer stops 25 to 30 minutes into its cycle with gas error flashing. It does not generate any heat, everything is still wet. We had a plumber check the gas line, everything is fine—our gas stove and gas water heater have no issues. An LG tech replaced the dryer’s gas valve—same issue. My mom suffers from dementia, laundry is a necessity in our house. To get this repaired, I have to pay a plumber to disconnect the gas line from the dryer, pay someone to bring it down from its platform, once the maintenance is done, pay for the reverse process. At this point, as soon as I have the money, I’ll get a new dryer , and hope to have better luck. My last dryer lasted over 15 years before the motor gave out. Buyer beware!!

It takes much less time to dry than my old machine, and its easy to program. I don't have to worry about my delicates, and the heavy fabrics come out ready to fold and put away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace.my old dryer and I am I really happy with my new LG gas dryer , I love the option that I did not have to connect the steamer also all features it has for drying and also wifi great option. Next purchase will be the washer.
