[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is taking some time getting used to this dryer because of the wetness sensor turning off the dryer before the clothes are dry. It appears you really need to isolate the denser fabric clothing from the less dense or the machine will shut off pre-maturely. This is quite frustrating. However when the clothes are dry, they really come out with a lot less wrinkles. SO after we get used to how it operates it most likely will be the best dryer we have ever owned.

Best feature is being able to see how long is left on the cycle and receiving an alert on the phone when it is complete. Very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely looking dryer. Unfortunately, it never dries anything with just one cycle, no matter what setting, no matter what size load, I have had to run it through 3, 4, even 5 times before it all gets dry. I now do time dry, because it's the only way to get anything dry. We have only had this dryer for about a year, and I have to say, we are disappointed but hoping we can find a problem that can be fixed.

I have had this (and the paired washer) for a month, and I am loving it so far. So many cool features, like TurboSteam! I like that I have the ability to customize cycles to such a detailed level. This also looks great and gives my laundry area a much more refined feel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to replace my old dryer due to parts wearing out and age. I did research and came across this one. I am very impressed with all the features and it’s primary function to dry my clothes! Love this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a house and the original owners left their old washer and dryer and those were starting to show their age. We got the new dryer and it has been so good, I don't have to guess if my clothes are actually dry or just damp dry. We are in the process of getting the washing machine to go along with it so I'm looking forward to cleaner and drier clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine couple months ago and I got a tell one thing! This product is amazing! It has great features such as smart app features which allow me to operate my machine from my phone and I can also see how it will take to finish my laundry! It’s just an amazing product overall! I must recommend giving it a try!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the dryer for a month now and I already can’t leave without it. The comfort of washing at home is priceless, they dryer works greats and it’s easy to use. It’s quiet and dries all types of materials evenly without any damage.

Have only had this for a couple of weeks now, but so far so good. We are having an issue with bigger items like sweaters/hoodies drying with the rest of the clothes so we usually take them out after a little bit and let them air dry on a hanger. Need to dive into the details a bit to figure out if it's some setting we arent using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have lots of obstacles purchasing this washer, NOT on washer but from installer just because it's from the 2nd floor. We are glad to Purchased from another store and there's no issue for installation. The washer is great. Quiet, efficient and easy to use. Cloths were dry from spin dry cycle when washing is complete. very happy with the product. Strongly recommend to anyone wanting to get a washer and not to be deter by lazy delivery and installer guys.
