excellent graphics and very good definition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] with the time the graphics still pretty good,i have about 5 years now is 4k but still clear,if you want to play videogame you have the option of high frames, everything still ok , the procduts of samsung is alway with good quiality

I like Samsung products even my phone is Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung TVs that's all I have and all my bedrooms only one problem I have with that the q65 to remote stopped working after 2 years and it kept shutting the TV down or don't turn the TV on at all so I had to use the app on my phone to get the TV to work but other than that I give it a four star

This product picture quality is great

Overall our samsung products experience is great. We also purchased a vacuum stick with station. I higly recommend samsung products.

Not hooked up

Took out of box screen damaged leg broke the did not hook up tv, my mom is 80 years old she phoned me wi the bad news , how can you help us took 3 months to get the tv sat in the box till she moved 5 rooms away into bigger apartment , hooked up other tv

My opinion of Samsung TV and other appliances

We have had no problems as of yet so it is great. Our dryer has had new bearings replaced in the tumbler, numerous repairman to fix the defrost unit kept freezing up and our stove which has the split oven is consistently running about 50 degrees under both using just the top and the whole oven, on the stove the clock display had to be replaced and the red light signalling a burner is on or still hot is permanently on. We bought all Samsung appliances except for the dishwasher and so far we have had problems with all except the washing machine(so far). We also never had problems until the warranty had expired.

Not what I expected

Bought this about a month ago and the pictures OK I had to buy sound bar for better volume and the set up was not all that easy. Every time I turn the TV on it says no signal so I have to use that little remote to move up to Samsung plus watch that for a second and then go to HDMI switch to that and then my TV comes on. What a pain.

Pretty good until last update and an issue popped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly i use smartthings to stream from my flip3 to the tv, rarely use dex now that i have a foldable... But sometimes ill connect a dex cable because internet issues happen and its nice to have that flexibility and the tv just KNOWS its my device and casts really well usually. Also samsung tv powered by pluto or whatever has really stepped it up with more shows per channel instead of maybe 5 that switched shows and the rest were baywatch channel, ONLY THE HOFFMEISTER BAYWATCH ALL WEEEEEEK. REALLY improved on the selection. The problem ive run into, has been when some internet issues happened then i was resetting smart hub unaware it was basically a factory reset so i had just gotten it back online and it finished an update to the overall system, but unbeknownst to me the APPS wasnt done updating the apps id had from before, and then the dreadez empty memory capacity, please insert usb thumb drive or hard drive to continue with this update, and it wont let me delete, reinstall, and factory resets do nothing to solve the issues and when i was on remote assistance and read the nice lady my code we went from like 42kb left memory to an absolute 0 after the factory reset she did with me. And not getting back to the update screen, we erased peacock since it became an option to remove finally, only streamer i have premium anything on Downfall after downfall. After deletion 0kbs avail. And cant install the one streamer i pay for back onto the system and poor lady was stumped too
