So far so good

I bought this riding lawnmower after reading the good reviews about Yard Force calling the new owner after delivery. I never received a call from Yard Force. I plugged it in to charge after removing it from the box and pallet. It took me about an hour to remove metal bars from one side of pallet, connect battery plug, attach seat and install steering wheel assembly.It charged over night and had green blinking light. I turned the key on and nothing happened. I call 888 number and a nice lady answered and tried to fix problem over phone. She did not fix problem and arranged for repair company to come out to fix lawnmower. I never was contacted by repair company. I later read in manual that all I had to do was unplug charger and lawnmower worked fine.I used lawnmower twice and had no problems. I decided to return Lawnmower for several reasons: 1) Repair company never contacted me.2) Lawnmower was 595 pounds.3) Max grade lawnmower can handle, according to manual is 15 degrees and we have a grade greater then that and did not want a 600 pound tractor to tip over on top of me.4) It scalped the lawn in several places.5) It has 4 lead acid batteries that weigh 200 pound, according to manual, and should be constantly be connected to charger when not in use. Good news is they delivered and picked up the lawnmower for free since I am a plus member.

Product has never worked like it said it would. Have had nothing but problems with it and the company that manufactures it.

No winterization drama—just park, plug the charger, and forget it. Footprint is smaller than my old 42″ rider, so it fits beside the ATV in our shed.

As listed are a joke Type of battery? Amp hours? Weight? Dimensions? Motor rating's?

There was an issue with the way the mower was packaged by the shipper that made me hesitate to proceed with unpacking it. I contacted Sam's and they were very responsive and even offered to ship a new mower. I was also contacted by Corey at Yard Force. He listened to my issues, and worked out a solution right away. Mike from Yard Force arrived on the scene and took care of my issue. I was able to cut my yard, and it's a terrific mower - sturdy and runs great! Sam's Club, Corey, and Mike have provided exceptional customer service that's really impressive! Don't hesitate to purchase this great mower or question if there's service after the sale! Yard Force is amazing!

I've had it for one year... i cut 3 bumpy acres of grass...i am mechanical and i had no trouble assembling it on its shipping pallet... it charged as expected. Its an excellent machine... comfortable to use... its VERY heavy and without much traction if you get into mud... I hope it holds up, I don't know what i will do if it fails me.... its a pleasure to use.....a fine machine... The water hose attachment seems useless...but the mower functions best when the underside is kept clean...so i clean it. The technology is timely
