If you want a mower that is underpowered and can't mow a normal yard this is your pick. Bought in fall 2025. Deck was nowhere close to level. Finally get it level and still cutting uneven. After several emails and pictures shared between me and support at Yard Force I am told that the it probably won't cut even because the mower isn't powerful enough. I should try raising the deck (already mowing on 3 1/2 not scalping the yard) or another option is to go over the lawn multiple times. My yard is a typical suburban lawn with Bermuda grass. Right now it's not even started to get thick. Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY

I bought my mover in June 2023 and had no luck since I called last year and the said over the phone it was the battery well that's not the case now when I ride it forward it starts to beep like it in reverse and then automatically stop so I can use it, I'm under the 3 year warranty but not sure what to do with it

I purchased the 48vRX in May, 2023. It ran well for a year then the battery would only charge to 75%. Year and a half in, battery life was almost depleted, only charged to 50%. I would have to charge it 2-3 times just to mow 1/2 acre. Their CS is terrible. They told me the battery and charger has only a 1-year warranty and that I could purchase these items on their website, only the 48vRX battery has been out of stock for months. They sent me on a wild goose chase before admitting they don't have the battery, yet saying they'll call when it's back in stock or I can keep checking their website. My lawnmower is coming up on 3 years since my purchase. The lawnmower has been sitting in my garage from last fall, not being able to use it after spending so much money on this thing is very disappointing and frustrating. Yard Force customer service is horrible!

Great mower. Would have been 5 stars but the backup alarm is way too loud.

Works great. Easy to assemble. Just a couple of tools needed to get it out of the crate.

Took approximately 45 minutes to unpack, 1 person assembly, charged battery overnight. Worked perfectly the next day on .57 acres, so far so good 👍
