I have had this for less than a year. It has 9 miles on it. I have had to have a motor replaced, which was fine. It was covered under the warranty, and the direct contact that was provided to me once I ordered (he no longer works there) helped to make the transaction painless. Now, after just receiving it back from the shop, it will not charge. I reached out to yardforce only to be told to check the website for possible help, and if that doesn’t work, call back. What?! I bought the electric lawnmower because I thought it would be less hassle.

I was skeptical at first, but after receiving this mower, I have been extremely satisfied. The initial assembly and removal took about 30 minutes. I have now mowed my lawn 4 times and it has been flawless. The mower recharges great after each use and has a long amount of mowing time. It actually cuts my grass better than my previous gas mower. The vortex cutting system is amazing. I am very glad I made this purchase and I highly recommend the Yard Force 48v mower!

Haul trash cans. Drag tree limbs and brush. Cut flowering plants. Haul firewood. Oh, yea - and cut grass. Only complaint is that I catch my pant leg on the hose attachment. Get a cart to double the use. Replaced a Craftsman lawn tractor. Much greater turning radius and it starts every time.

I purchased the 48vRX in May, 2023. It ran well for a year then the battery would only charge to 75%. Year and a half in, battery life was almost depleted, only charged to 50%. I would have to charge it 2-3 times just to mow 1/2 acre. Their CS is terrible. They told me the battery and charger has only a 1-year warranty and that I could purchase these items on their website, only the 48vRX battery has been out of stock for months. They sent me on a wild goose chase before admitting they don't have the battery, yet saying they'll call when it's back in stock or I can keep checking their website. My lawnmower is coming up on 3 years since my purchase. The lawnmower has been sitting in my garage from last fall, not being able to use it after spending so much money on this thing is very disappointing and frustrating. Yard Force customer service is horrible!

Works great. Easy to assemble. Just a couple of tools needed to get it out of the crate.

Great mower. Would have been 5 stars but the backup alarm is way too loud.

Took approximately 45 minutes to unpack, 1 person assembly, charged battery overnight. Worked perfectly the next day on .57 acres, so far so good 👍

Our HOA limits engine noise before 9 a.m. This rider is whisper-quiet, so I start at 7 and still enjoy my Saturday. Compact 38″ deck fits between raised beds where bigger tractors can’t squeeze.
