The mower doesnt cut well due to it being ao heavey. It leaves rutes in the grass. The worst part is how deseptive Sams club is about the return policy. They state you can return the item at any time for a refund. However, this isnt true, I was first told a freight company would reach out to me to schedule a pick up. They never did. So I reached out to them again. This time, i was told the item could not be returned. Keep in mind I haven't had the item for long. I had to then reach out to them several more times. I had to wait for it to be escalated to the supervisor/ manager. Then, to only be put in touch with a subpar freight company. Im still waiting for them to pick up the item and issue a refund. I will never purchase a large ticket item from them again.

We bought this in July 2023 and except for the mower switch damaged by the trucking company, assembly was fairly quick. Corey from Yard Force support got the replacement part and directs out quickly and followed up to make sure we had the unit mowing. It was great to see a company really help out when we needed it. We can mow our 1 acre yard almost twice but I charge it once it gets below 50%.
