I think this mower is great! Easy to operate and recharge. Only uses about 50% charge to cut my .69 of an acre. I would highly recommend this product if you are going electric. Low noise and no gas fumes.

Lawnmower description was incomplete. It should say it weighs 595 pounds. Requires a continuous charge when not in use. Max incline is 15% to prevent 595 pounds from rolling over on you. Assembly took 1 hour. Assembly requires unbolting frame poles, connecting battery, seat and steering wheel assembly. Charged lawnmower 24 hours as required. It would not turn on. Called 888 number. Tech could not help me. She set me up with appointment for service people to come out. Never heard from them. Found out later all I had to do was unplug charger. Tech should have suggested that. Used lawnmower twice. It was heavy on lawn and left major tracks in lawn. It also scalped the lawn in several places. Decided to return lawnmower. Sam’s was good about arranging return. I received full refund.

WOW! The Yardforce 38 in. Electric Riding Mower is one FINE piece of machinery! It is easy to operate; the control panel is very conveniently located; the owner's manual not only contains thorough operating & maintenance instructions but also provides useful tips for a safe & successful mowing experience. If I were a rich man I'd buy additional ones for my favorite neighbors. I indeed take pleasure in recommending this mower.

We have used the mower twice now. Happy with results. Delivery was on time and no problems except it was left on the wooden pallet. This made it impossible to just drive off the metal frame as instructed. After a neighbors assistance we were able to man handle it off the frame and pallet. Otherwise, happy with product and price.

I purchased this in May 2024. Although shipment was as expected and the mower worked fine the first summer, with a briefly broken charger that was quickly replaced by Merotec support, things got messed up. In the Fall after mulching leaves, the cutting deck unexpectedly stopped working. The mower kept driving ok, but neither cutting blade mower was running nor turning the blades, despite engaging the mowing button properly. Since it failed in November, eventually Merotec got a regional repair center at a local lawnmower repair shop to pick it up, and although it's winter, there's not really a date in sight for the unit to be repaired. Thankfully it failed at the end of the fall mulching season, but this would be a bigger issue if the cutting deck motors had failed during the regular spring, summer and fall mowing season. Downgrading the rating -- would look to check if and how you'd get the mower serviced if you do get it, and whether the service providers can turnaround repairs quickly -- or else if the distributor / manufacturer is willing to refund you the replacement cost for another mower if the repair will cost more than getting a new one entirely. I wish the mower had lasted, it was pretty good otherwise and the other nice features like a charger, the safety features (I liked the backup loud sound), headlights and relatively easy charging made for an otherwise great mower. But the cutting mower failure, in addition to the original charger failure, doesn't bode well for this model unless you happen to live near a service center.

NOT SAFE/ NO UNLEVEL/ HILL/

This little tractor is perfect for my acre! Wish I could put a plow on it.

Lawn mower works good but everything else is a problem. Charger stopped working in less than 1 year, when I called warranty they said 2 years, by the time I found receipt and model number etc and sent email, they are saying warranty is 1 year and not getting back to me now. LCD display stopped working, mower not turning on now, they say it's under warranty but no response to emails or phone calls, it has been 3 weeks that I submitted all requested information. Poor customer care service, no response to emails, when you call they say we will get back to you but no response after that. I would not recommend this product.

Delighted. I owned 2 Craftsman and 1 Troybilt. this is by far the best, and I mow St-Augustine grass in South Florida. Not an easy task. Drives like a charm, turns on a dime, has plenty of battery power to mow my full acre and have left over battery.

It has worked well for the 2 weeks that I have had it. I mowed my lawn twice and charged the batteries 3 times. I charged for 4 hours before driving off the shipping pallet. Mowing once every 7 days during the Florida summer reduces the charge by about 40% each use. I mow about 0.4 acres in residential neighborhood with flat terrain.
