sometimes me call an ambulance

All I can say is I’m a Samsung man I have all Samsung’s and always dealt with Samsung very skeptical about getting this LGUHD a I think you TV I will tell you right now this TV is sick. I hear people complaining about the apps but I have a fire stick with every app that I need so I don’t. The apps yet but the amount of free channels and they all come in super blurry for about five seconds, and then it comes in like the people are sitting next to you. Richard ripped off the carpet. TV

I had a LG already and when I saw this it was just right for me. I love the size (70) inch, I love the ease of setting it up and I love the picture. I will surely buy another.

Avoid this TV, Mediocre at best.

I bought the TV yesterday, just set it up. The Good: - Interface is responsive The Bad: -Viewing angles are horrible, washed out if not right in front of TV. -Worst remote I have ever used. It would be going back but my wife says it's good enough for her craft room, it's only for background noise when crafting. It's also for her game cube and nintendo, where she is right in front of it.

Slow TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV two months ago and I regret it ever since. It’s too much trouble to return! I have the fastest Internet services and still the TV works like a snail!! I just remember I bought a similar slow LG TV five years ago but now with the new tv I am surprised that the same technology never changes! The mouse on the remote is worse than a snail! The only good thing about LG is the vivid color and picture that other brands can not compete!

We Like

We bought this because are 50" UHD tv didn't have near as good a picture as this 55" LG did at Sams. We got home and set it up. Picture is Great when I turn it on the first. Then as I get it connected to Xfinity, I notice picture is not as good, it seems the broadcast picture is not as sharp. Prime TV very much better. I think I will have the cable guy come out and see if we are getting the best signal. It is not the TV.

Picture quality is good

And I object to the "necessity" to have all data of how and what one watches collected and moved on to who knows who, the should be an option only for someone who really want that!

Size is great, Tv isn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV about a month ago and have had horrible experiences with it. Updates won't apply to system, Apps channels won't load. We are signed out of apps weekly. The system will boot back to the home page for no reason. It takes several minutes for a page to load only to be told there is no internet when we are using the internet. If we hadn't destroyed the box already it would be returned to the store.

not configurable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] picture and sound are just ok, I haven't found a way to make the picture brighter or the sound (voice) louder, everything is controlled by AI supposedly but it doesn't seem to work properly. and when I turn the TV off then back on, I wish it would go to the home screen instead of going to Sling all the time.

Absolutely terrible, buyer beware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awful. It’s cheap, it has a low refresh rate, and it is so, so, SO slow. The interface is incredibly laggy, the screen share is choppy, the ads are intrusive, the app selection is terrible, and I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone. Truly horrible device. I have nothing good to say about this TV, the quality is in the sewer.

can't stream video from NAS

I am dumbfounded that I am unable to stream video from my NAS to my TV. My "dumb" Vizio TV could do this. I am returning the TV. I can't believe that this simple feature that has been around for years is not present. I guess I'm going to buy a Samsung, Vizio, or TCL TV
