We purchased this TV in Nov, 2023, and for the most part, performance has been very good, although the remote control operation is sometimes quirky, and we recently started having a streaming issue. Remote control operation does NOT always work smoothly, especially with Amazon Prime where navigating through shows and making a selection can be a crap shoot, as the cursor seems to time-out too quickly. The recent streaming issue appears to be related to the lack of a dedicated app for Acorn TV, forcing us to use a web link to get to the website. This worked OK until 2 to 3 weeks ago when the web app started crashing about 10 to 15 minutes into the show we were watching. The TV would display a message similar to "this app must be closed to free up memory". We would then be given the option of restarting the app from where it crashed, or starting it over. We would start again from when it crashed, but it would crash again in 5 to 10 minutes, and do this repeatedly, which was very annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV 2 weeks ago and I had another one for 2 years but unfortunately it broke in my move. So it should tell you how much I enjoy it. That I went out and bought the same TV 86 inch but newer technology Again!!!

The ability to connect to the internet and access various free channels is excellent. The categorization and access to other sources of movies, series, and music have been well implemented. However, a problem I've noticed occurs when watching 4K, 8K, or 12K films. The color grading of the images noticeably changes during viewing, indicating a weakness in the TV's processor for image processing. This issue is not very apparent on smaller TVs but is quite noticeable and problematic on an 86-inch TV, showing that the television struggles with image processing. Another aspect that LG needs to address is the limited selection of films available on its channel, which could be more extensive and varied. Currently, the selection is limited to Hollywood, while there's potential to include Arabic, Turkish, Indian, and Korean films.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome the clear crisp picture connection to surround sound and features are flawless. Plus the constant digital technology on the picture quality is mesmerizing . Ease of access and hook up plus the quality of the technology .

I bought this TV 2 weeks ago & so far it’s performing well. The labels at the back are not visible ie power supply outlet & Vesa screws that it took me a few mins to find them. Also the documentation of the remote & assembly guide was poor & hard to follow. There was no user manual on the & hard to find on the LG website. I also find it hard to navigate it.

Easy to use and with the magic remote makes it easy to get to where you want to go. Great picture quality and sound. We highly recomend LG TVs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mounting provisions make the TV difficult to place on a console. Some type of center support or legs that are a bit closer together than 60 inches would help. It is not easy to connect up an older surround sound arrangement with the set. I am going to try an optic audio cable for this but haven't had the chance to do so yet. The controls take some getting used to.

What a great TV for a great price. I purchased this TV online after seeing it in the store. I opted for delivery as this did not fit in my vehicle. Colors are amazing and provides a great picture. TV is AI controlled and I use Amazon to control it. This TV was amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV keeps reverting to “STORE” mode” which continually shows the Brand and Model number in boxes on the screen. This box moves randomly to different places on the screen which interrupts normal viewing. Also, I called LG at 6:30PM to discuss this unresolved (already called once). Couldn’t understand the Representative so I asked for a supervisor—he hung up on me—probably because one of the questions on the LG survey asked if the rep could be clearly understood. When I called back a different rep told me all supervisors had gone home but he would have one to call me back. Supervisor NEVER called back and problem with TV still exists.
