I purchased this TV as an 'upgrade' from a 65" Samsung and well it's ok. Great price easy setup however there are definitely some flaws that makes this fall short. The remote is from 2000 and has this cursor that is just annoying as all get out. The UI of the setup is finicky and slow to respond when moving to the next step. When clicking the back, home or menu screens it reacts very slowly to the remote even though there is a direct line of sight for it. The picture is good and was fairly easy to setup but I will not be purchasing another LG TV. If I could return it I would but the boxes have been recycled already.

We compare different models next to each other and we settle on this one. Very crispy and beautiful image , work out of the box and the price for a 4k with all the features and free LG channels was right.

Being an older couple and not familiar with all the ins and outs of the new tvs we have managed to figure most of the features of this new addition to our home. Has some great options.

We had a dumb TV. Decided to upgrade to the LG 43. Amazing clearity, and many features I was surprized it came with. WEBOS is cool can have both my TV's linked up to the same channels. Love the crisp colour.

My mom loves this TV. She is on hospice, and her hearing and sight are going, so she loves that she can see the screen. The TV volumes also goes up loud enough for to hear the TV.
