[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV several weeks ago. It is lightweight and easy to set up. The picture is beautiful. The remote works like a computer mouse and fun to use! It allows users to scroll and all point and click. Love it!

The TV is great. The picture and sound is clear. Customizable options for the screen. Very easy to setup and sign into all of our apps. I do not love the remote it bounces around a lot on screen as it uses the pointer. Sometimes it selects the wrong thing or rewinds a show too far or randomly clicks something else.

Negative: WEB OS is super slow, some time you need to wait 10 seconds to open settings or apps, not all apps are available on WEB OS, Installation of apps fails many time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great unit. Has a really crisp picture bright and the colors are very vibrant. The app bar is a nice featurefor any app you might subscribe to. The remote took a bit of playing around to figure but I am getting the hang of it now. replaced an older 43 inch tv and was well worth the investment. If you have a small living room it's the perfect size at 50 inches. I would recommend this tv to anyone who is thinking about upgrading.

And the screen size is perfect. When I gave it yo my husband he was so surprised. He said. “ I’d been secretly hoping ours would break down so I could get a new tv. “. Haha. I didn’t even know

Happy with clarity and color. There’s a learning curve with the remote. Mainly because it can do so much more than I’m used to. It doesn’t seem to get along with our sound bar. Sometimes the bar and speakers both come on and we get an echo. Maybe we will disconnect the bar.

The picture quality goes beyond the unimaginable, the brightness of the color is amazing and I can watch my TV shows and movies like never before thanks to the 4K UHD, the AI sound pro allows me to listen every sound in a terrific way.

While we are still learning all the features it is enjoyable to watch. The picture has great definition and the audio is fantastic. Overall it was a grest purchase.

The TV is great. The sound is good too. The smart features not so much as you cannot download apps on it without sharing private viewing information with LG. So I use a Fire TV Stick to access the apps. Also you need the LG app on your phone to unlock some features on the TV or using the phone as a remote. This annoyance takes off two stars.
