Could not connect to my Dish cable provider and had alot of trouble connecting DVD - WII etc to the TV. HDMI #1 would not accept any device. Had to do an even exchange and get another LG. Had to call support to get other internet functions working. The second TV is working great color and sound. Only issue is the the LG Channel - once I pick a show cannot get out of the function very easily.

Because Iam so happy with my first LG TV I splurged to buy another fro replace one that just wasn’t worth fixing. The excellent picture sound dnd options allows me to use captions to enjoy all my shows. I am hearing impaired and not all TV’s are as easy to accommodate my needs but LG is there for me with good support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the new TV about 3 weeks now and we love it. Seamless set up and excellent technical phone support when we had a question. Very happy with our second LG purchase. We have another that is almost 7 years old and no problems at all! Would highly recommend.

Picture and sound are good. Connected easily with my LG soundbar. Set up was easy. Navigation between cable and streaming services is simple and intuitive. Only issue I have noticed is slow to start up and connect with my cable box. Slower than I am used to when navigating like pulling up channel line up. Love the magic remote.

This is an excellent tv for the price. It’s HUGE! Picture is great, considering it is not QLED OR OLED. I’m sure paying between 50%-300% more for either of those technologies would give a little better performance, but in my opinion, not enough better to justify the additional cost. This 86” tv uses a faster processor than the smaller TVs in the 8000 series. The remote is well thought out and easy to use, but could use backlighting. The only other minor issue I have had is reflections from room lighting, but overall a great TV for the money.

Good quality picture (in this price range) and great sound without a soundbar, etc. A few issues, sometimes slow interface and for some reason the TV turns on by itself at night! Haven't been able to figure that one out yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I purchased this TV because my previous LG broke. It’s was purchased on 2019. Only lasted for 4 years. Not good if on 4 years span . I’m not sure if this will last longer than that because it’s a budget TV for me . We shall see. Other than that I really like this TV because of the apps and the internet features.

I’m excited about the AI Television but I really don’t understand The remote control, spastic, uncontrollable, zipping across the screen issues I’m having. There needs to be a way to control the speed of this wheel, and if there is one, I haven’t found it in the guidebook yet I’m still fumbling through that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy that we bought this 69 inch LG TV for our new home that has a large Florida Room. The picture is crystal clear, no color fading and easily viewed throughout the entire room. We are so HAPPY. Thank you LG.

Took it out of the box and connected cables, plugged it in, and turned it on. On screen directions for pairing remoter and registering were a piece of cake. Picture is wonderful and the "magic" remote is a Godsend entering web sites and passwords for the apps.
