Great value for a BIG screen!

I have always wanted a larger TV in our main room. This 86" replaced a 65" and the difference is amazing. Plus this is a 4K and at 86", I can see the difference. Curved images appear very smooth, without the usual jagged edges. Colors are very true and has very deep blacks so the contrast level is much higher than other LED TVs I have viewed. I also like the remote, it is easy to operate and very intuitive.

I bought this television as a multimedia platform for use at meetings of a small group of aeromodellers. Our meetings are in a well-lit indoor area, so the brightness of this display is of great benefit. The resulting images are excellent with exceptionally realistic color and contrast. The HDMI cable input hooks up easily to a laptop USB3C connection.

Great TV with privacy concerns.

The TV is great. The sound is good too. The smart features not so much as you cannot download apps on it without sharing private viewing information with LG. So I use a Fire TV Stick to access the apps. Also you need the LG app on your phone to unlock some features on the TV or using the phone as a remote. This annoyance takes off two stars.

Just wish I had the room for the 55 in.

After having my old LG tv for 13 years, I just thought it was time to experience a new "smart" tv. My old tv was still perfect and I really had to rationalize to justify the purchase. I must say that we are very satisfied with our new one. Really like the picture, the exceptional sound quality and the magic remote! We are still able to utilize our existing tuner/amplifier stereo system thanks to the audio optical output connection.

Can’t teach an old dog new tricks!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. After getting it installed I wish I had kept my old LG. This tv is hard to get use to for this senior. Processor is slow and hard to locate channels. You can specify programs you want to see and you don’t always get what you ask for. Guess I was just use to the older model that I should have kept.
