[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was in my late teens my dad introduced me to a Norelco shaver. I am now 85 years old and have purchased and used Norelco shavers all my life. I wouldn't continue to buy them if they weren't doing a great job.

I wasn't sure about ordering this shaver since my husband once said he would never use a electric shaver again but I ordered it for Christmas and happy to say he was completely surprised on the close shave and comfort use his skin was baby smooth it's funny to see him using it as if was his first new toy Lol he won't even put it away in the drawer he has it on the restroom sink as to display it as a piece of art Now that's funny would recommend to anyone who once said they have given up on electric shavers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this shaver ‘wet' and the first improvement I noticed was the flip head for easy cleaning. Next, I liked the detachable trimmer which makes it easier to trim areas that the old flip-up trimmer did not easily allow access to. The battery life has increased from previous models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Norelco user for years and this shaver is greatly improved.The design has improved with the independent floating heads that gives a closer shave and with the new head geometry it reaches those hard to reach places. And it is more quiet than the past model I was using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shaver as a replacement for an older model {arctiec) which I have used for many years. I was looking for 2 improvements in the new model. First, I wanted to be able to charge the battery by plugging the charging cord directly into the shaver. Secondly, I wanted a faster blade rotation speed. I did not provide a 5 star rating only because the shaver seems to have a tendency of not being able to remove those wild white bread hairs. For those I need to resort to a multi manual razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave 5 stars because it has the things I need in a razor. It holds a long charge. It is so easy to clean-the head pops open for using tap water. The head is large and flexes enough to comfortably shave my neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice shaver for daily grooming and travel. Long battery life. Comfortable feel. Turbo speed great for tough beard. Nice travel case, but should have a guard to protect the head in the case. Bought this shaver after using a blade for many years, but, now on blood thinners, nicks take a long time to stop bleeding. This is the third Phillips shaver I've owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Must apply a lot of pressure in order to achieve a smooth shave . At one point the blades actually pinched my upper lip. That is when I returned it for a refund. I have been using Philips razors for years, but this one was terrible!
