I bought the unit a month ago and i have test run the unit no problems It ran my central Air unit and all the necessary items in my house as expected.

Bought this after the recent Texas ice storm, will be nice to have even in summer should a windstorm or other interrupt power. Love the electric start and the connectivity, and runs a lot quieter than I expected.

I received my genset on July 4th, just now testing it out--started just fine, but no power output--and the service department does not answer the phone on the weekends

Replacement for Generac RS5500. Upgraded to WGen9500DFc. :) Started with ethanol-free gas, drained carburator using drain screw. Ran on propane under load. Sweet. Two propane tanks. No worries. Can use gas in crunch, but not likely. QUiET. SMOOTH.

We purchased this generator in preparation for winter. We experience a lot of power failures in our area and it will, no doubt, get much use. We are thrilled that it is a Tri-Fuel.

Just received my generator today, the setup was very easy. I have a Westinghouse inverter but after Hellene came through this area I realized that I needed a bigger generator and the tri-fuel is a plus.
