After a recent storm left us without power for 24 hours we knew we needed a generator. A fantastic, easy to use product at a great price. The remote start is awesome.

Look good and comes with all parts. The carrier left the package in the street 100 yards away from the house behind a tree it is a wonder it was not stolden

I received it 2 hours ago. Got it put together. Connect the propane tank, hit the switch, and it started immediately. Totally satisfied with the product.

I bought this about a month ago and am just now getting it in service. The WGen9500 is perfect for what I need and is very easy to use I am very happy with it.

The first generator was delivered in a damaged box and we sent it back without opening. The next one came in fine and in good shape. So far so good. Haven't had to use it for an extended period of time yet.

Very nice unit and easy to move around. Got the dual fuel. Live in a hurricane area and feel happy to have this in case of any power problems down the road. Versatility of gas and propane is an added value.

I bought this to have power in my home when we do not have power because of bad storms, which are often. My son also takes it to the field to have power to weld machinery if breaks. Easy to use starts great even remote control.

Just got it, only had a chance to test run it, but I agree with all the great reviews I read. Looks great, easy to start and operate. Comes with easy to follow, not too overwhelming manual. Looking forward (well, not really:) to using it for real.

bought about a month ago after the bad freeze we had in Texas. Now I wqnt go through that again. this generator will run alot of my home when it happens again. the way our power grid failed this time Im afraid it will happen again. Im ready

Just bought two of these units. One for me & one for my son. It came in good condition and very timely. Very easy to assemble the few parts we had to. Cranked up very easy.
