Picked this generator up this week. Put it together and it started right up using the gas option. Switched over to the propane option and it didnt miss a beat. I would give it a 5 star but havent had any long run time yet.

Purchased the WGen9500 in preparation for the upcoming hurricane season. Easy to assemble. Started right up with the remote start (great feature). Happy with the product thus far!

This generator is everything it is promoted to be. Easy to hook up start up as well as store. Could use swivel casters on front instead of fixed foot pads. I added them after to make it easier to move

Wanted a duel fuel generator if gasoline shortages occur here in SW Florida due to severe storms and natural disasters. Will be operating with a GenerLink transfer switch.

I bought a few weeks ago after a power outage. Very easy to setup and start. Instructions are only a few but step by step. I highly recommend this WGen9500

It came with everything you need to get started except for the power cords that you may need. Great design and easy setup and even came with oil and a funnel. Have not had to use yet but 5-hour break-in run using propane tank is the next step.

Leaving review as required upon warranty registration to obtain bonus item. Looks good, no shipping damage. Will review for performance at later date.

Recently purchased for home use in power outages. Works great so far. Have not had long outages at this point so cant speak to long term use. The key-less start is a nice feature.

Hoped we would never need it- but the snow storm in South Carolina- proved I did… and this was a life saver! Two 55 year old females assembled this and it worked like a charm!
