Very happy with the ease and functionality. Started on first attempt and is user friendly. Hope to never need it, but it’s hurricane season and feel confident it will meet our needs.

I live the remote start. It will retry ignition a few times until it starts. This is needed after a longer time of non use. The assembly of wheels and feet were a snap. It runs smooth and relatively quiet for such a powerful generator.

We needed more power to raise and lower a 13000 lb boat and lift. Our 5600 just wouldn't do the job. This has more than enough to do the job. We love the features and the remote control.

I bought this for power outages. I haven't run it yet but the delivery was on time except that at the warehouse my oil bottle was punctured and the oil drained out. I'll get another quart at a local store.
