This generator gives us peace of mind, it practically runs the whole house. We lose power quite often, now we don't have to worry about heat, freezers and lights.

Needed a generator for our business and this one’s price was right. Also ends up being a really great, duel fuel generator. Very easy setup. Next time there’s a power outage we will not need to close!!

Have not used this yet other then to hook up propane and run it for 5 minutes, started on the first crank, will do power check later when plugin is set up

A lot quieter than smaller load Generators, that I've seen. Robust construction, and easily moved, very maneuverable for a generator with this capacity.

Always fires right up when I need it, and plenty of power for our 5th Wheel. Honestly, I expected it to be louder for the output. A simple baffle, and we can camp comfortably.

after much research i purchased the westinghouse wgen9500 generator. so far everything looks great. I understand it is a sold piece of equipment. Look forward to having the security of westinghouse.

It's a powerful generator but it arrived with a dead battery and the battery charger that was included did not charge the battery. Regardless, the manual start worked easily.
