The output and features of this generator offer an exceptional value. The printed materials are less than perfect, for example the fuel tank is listed at 1.1 which is the crankcase capacity.

The fact that I can run this generator using my 500 Gallon tank is fantastic. No more storing gas! The remote start feature was great as well. Started right up out of the box no problem. Time will tell if she lasts though

Recently purchased the Wgen9500 and it amazing quality, right out of the box it powers my tools! Not as loud as other generators and extremely fuel efficient!

I got this a few weeks ago and I've used it a few times with both gas and propane. Everything works great. I especially like the remote start/stop feature.

Haven't had a power outage yet to use it but was easy to set up. like the gas/propane options on fuel. After years of using a pull start, the push button and remote fob are truly a blessing!

I bought this generator on 7 18 2020.we had hurricane soon after.it ran my whole house with no problem .one problem my gfi kept tripping. This is a very good product

Very pleased with how easy it was to get going with minimal assembly. Started it using propane and had no issues getting it going. The dual fuel option is a nice feature to have and I'm please with having up to 50 amps of power.

Set up was easy, Ran beautiful, battery was charged. It will bring me comfort this hurricane season. The only thing missing in the set up instructions is to make sure the circuit breaker is on to start

Easy to assemble and was operational quite fast. Love the ability to switch fuel sources and Propane line included was a plus. Much quieter than some I have used in the past and the one I was next to yesterday which was not as powerful.
