I just bought this product. Had to call the service line to get the gasoline start to work. Propane start worked fine. Once we got it started, it's very powerful and reliable.

After a fair amount of research I settled on this one because of the high number of good reviews and the triple fuel capability. I've not needed to use it so its still untested but I'm pleased so far.

I purchased the wgen9500 generator to hook up to main house breaker box to power the whole house and so far it has done just that even with 3 ton air conditioner.You can't go wrong buying this jewel.

I bought this generator after realising i need to be able to support the my wife and my 8 month old son, we couldnt caveman it anymore in the texas summer. It runs my whole house and it is super dependable, starts everytime and runs like a charm!

Arrived today on time. Setup was easy and adding the oil worked well. They do not however give you enough oil and I bet it would set off low oil shut down. I bought Mobil 1. 5W30 synthetic as it will work in all temps. Do not mix with regular oil.

Tired of gas generators not starting in between uses I love this because you can run it on propane and not mess with gasoline which means it starts every time when you need it.
