I recently purchased the wgen9500. The push button start makes it easy to start. I was happily surprised by the remote control. Also it is pretty quiet. I'm glad I made this purchase.

Everything arrived on time and on a pallet. The way they packed it bent the frame above the gas tank. Everything else looks good. Instructions are well written.

Arrived yesterday. Box was beat up but the unit is fine. There is a sturdy medal frame protecting the generator which helped during transport. All is well. started first push of the button. Everything works. Happy with my purchase

Recently purchased after the July 2024 Hurricane. I haven't had a chance to fire this bad boy up yet but I'm excited about not being without electricity for my family going forward.

this generator has all the features I was looking for. it is compact, very easy to assemble and easy to move. I particularly appreciate that it operates on gas or propane

Got this unit in. Easy set up. Easy start up. The noise level is about average for a large generator. Great piece of mind to run my entire home should I need it. I love the fact that it’s dual fuel!

I got this generator back in May. And it wouldn’t turn one I had to take it to a shop, started working for two days and the broke down again when I needed it for the hurricane.

Arrived sooner than expected. Easy assembly of wheels and front stands. Cranks right up using the fob. I like the ability to easily disconnect the battery.
