I purchased this generator for a backup to my home. Living in a large forest and never knowing when our power will go out. So far it’s been a great experience.

Bought to use as backup power for house appliances in the event we were to lose power due to major weather events. Works wells powering all needed appliances and even more.

One of the two rubber feet fell off (wrong nut & bolt). Battery disconnected by hidden connector BEHIND Control Panel (Not documented in product literature). Battery charger had bent prongs & could not be plugged into a US outlet.

Quick and easy to set up. Came right on when I wanted it to. Installing transfer switch to my panel and getting a 25ft cord for when i need it to do its thang. Love it.

only ran it for a while have not needed it yet but super easy to put together and started right up and ran perfectly that is why I gave it only 4 stars but I will come back and change once time is on machine

During a recent hurricane power outage, we ran the generator on both gasoline and propane, and it ran great. We are adding a natural gas outlet to run it for the next power outage.

I've only owned the unit for a few days. I'm impressed by the quality of the parts and the versatility of the unit. Being able to use unleaded gas or propane is a huge plus. This supports both 30A and 50A oulets for the bigger loads.

I purchased this unit to replace an old unit that no longer worked. Many new features. Love the electric start, much quieter than my last. Easy to move with housing and wheel kit

Just Received my Westinghouse 9500DFc Generator. The generator was easy to setup. I do recomend having a second person on-hand to help put the wheels on! Overall very happy!

I just bought this on a Monday and it was delivered 2 days later. I purchased this generator for a piece of mind seeing how I recently experienced an extended power outage.
