New home, new generator, preparing for our Florida summer storms. The ease of use and great features make me very optimistic that this was an awesome choice.

I bought this a month ago and am very happy with the performance. No problems with delivery, set up and operation. The unit started right up and and has operated without any problems.

We purchased this generator to have on hand in case of a hurricane or power outage. It was easy to set up, and we feel it will definitely serve our needs.

This generator is great for Florida, as it can power our fridge and an AC unit until our power comes on. Unfortunately, after a year of use, it failed to start, but thankful it is under warranty.

Lost power for a few days last summer because of PG&E. Hopes this doesn't happen again, but this portable generator should be a cost effective solution if it does. Wish it could be weather proofed so it could run in the rain

Just received the generator. Shipping box was of good quality and the generator was well protected with no damage. Directions for set-up are very clear and easy to follow. Generator started and operates as it should.

I have not had a chance to use the generator for a power outage, but in setting it up and starting/stopping it definitely seems like it'll fit the bill. I'm actually kind of looking forward to our next power outage.

Always fires right up when I need it, and plenty of power for our 5th Wheel. Honestly, I expected it to be louder for the output. A simple baffle, and we can camp comfortably.

Added oil and started manually and remotely. Great feature. Should not have any issues. Much nicer than other brand I had. Very happy with the product.
