Have not officially used it yet. Get been doing pre use stuff. So far everything runs as it should. Love that it has remote start.

Just purchased the 9500/12,500 dual fuel generator. Right off the bat started flawlessly!! Running now for twenty minutes and not a glitch. Fits perfectly with my home backup electric system.

Living in Florida we've always had generators for storm related power outages and this is the best one yet. It has plenty of power to run everything. This is the first one I've had with remote start and I like it!

Just started the break in period and unit already has an oil leak not 30 min into it. Other then that everything else seams to work for what little load I can put on the unit tell after the initial break in.

Bought this generator the night my power went out. Easy to build with minimal effort. Fill with oil, fill it with gasoline and connect the battery and you have power. Quick and easy for desperate times.

I bought this generator as a whole home backup and it was a great purchase. The generator is powerful yet compact for easy storage and easy to move. The remote start is a great feature and I am very happy with this purchase!

Excellent generator! This is the 2nd on of this model that I have purchased. First for my home a couple of years ago and now the 2nd for my summer place.

I bought this in March of 2026. I have not set it up yet or started it. i have had health issues and plan to start it this next week. it appears very well made and high quality.

I was looking for a generator that was portable and had a 50 amp receptacle and would also operate on propane gas, this generator meet my needs and had a number of great additional items that will be great to have.

Purchased the 9500 Westinghouse, has everything you need to get started with the exception of house plug sold separately and gas. Trickle charger for battery and key fob start. Great value!
