This home generator was a lot easier to get up and running than I ever expected. The instructions are very clear and the product functioned without any issues whatsoever. It has every output option I needed plus several more.

I got my generator 2 days ago. Unfortunately it came in damaged condition, a frame bolt broken. Hopefully I will get support from customer service.. I will update this review once I have my electrical installation ready and try the generator

Bought this for my home in case there is an electrical power outage like we had last year. We were out of power for 4 cold days and hope this will do the job next time.

I bought this unit November 03 2020. It arrived November 13th on a skid. No problem removing unit from the packaging. Easy to setup. Have not used unit yet, but am looking forward to it. Plan to have unit run from a transfer switch.

After some research, found this duel fuel to have a larger running capacity than the popular warehouse store model and the cost is comparable. Great user manual with detailed maintenance instructions. Fired right up.
