Purchased for when we have power outages due to hurricane’s. Definitely something I hope to not need to use often but I have confidence in the wgen9500df when needed.

I bought this a month ago, have not really used it much but did test it out and put it under a load. It will power my whole home and doesn't struggle at all. Runs very quiet for the size of it. I am giving it 5 stars for now.

Started up first try with the remote. Running it through the 5 hour break in period as the manual says. I will see how it goes once I put a load on it. I like it so far.

We bought this after our freeze in Texas and are so glad we did. We are supposed to get another freeze this week and hope we don't have to use the generator, but it is ready in case we do. Love that it runs off gas and propane.

Ordered it on a Tuesday and was delivered on Friday… just hours before Hurricane Ian was to hit our town. The product looked great and was more than what we expected!

east setup and directions were simple to follow. started up right away. so many functions and a remote start on top of it all. I'm ready for hurricane season.

My new WGen9500DFc started on first crank and ran a portable heater just as I had hoped. Used gasoline for now, but, will also use propane as needed in colder weather.

I bought this item and very glad I did. It was an easy setup to add wheels, add oil, battery connection, and to get it running. I would highly recommend this product.
