Unpackaged the item. Filled with oil and gas. Turned the item on and pressed the remote start. It started without a hitch and has been running my house power without hesitation.

I don't understand why you only send 1 quart of oil when it takes a quart and a half to fill it. Haven't run it yet but seems well built, had no damage, everything was there

This is a well built generator and looks nice. Easy set up and mostly assembled; wheels and two foot pegs. Remote control, runs smoothly, and quiet for a generator. Has been reliable and easy to use when needed.
