This was very easy to put together and the manual was very thorough. The fact that they supply all the tools to put just the wheel kit on is a testament to the price point! Thank you Westinghouse!

THIS UNIT IS PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS IN FLORIDA. 5 YEARS AGO IRMA HIT NAPLES. I WAS STRUGGLING FOR GAS IN TOWN. I LOVE THE FACT THAT I CAN USE GAS OR PROPANE.

Looks great, but haven't started it yet. It was a little heavy to unload, but with the wheels it is very easy to move around. Will update review after I have used it.

I bought this and was thrilled with the easy step by step instructions to set it up and the electric keyless start is outstanding. This will power my refrigerators freezers, heater and stove with ease.

I just purchased this and it works really well, however it grinds and spins and takes 6-9 start attempts to fire the engine. Even after its good and warm, it still takes 6-9 attempts to start.

After many months of research and reading reviews of many different generators I finally settled on the wgen 9500 because of it’s many features and great reviews

Product came on time, in good condition, and exactly as advertised. I decided to use the propane function to try and extend the life of the product. Ready to go out of the box. Would highly recommend.

This generator has everything we need for emergency power. Only thing I wish it had a 12 volt charging outlet. It started and ran fine. Only problem was the remote start fob battery was dead.

Added a 50 amp receptacle and interlock switch to the house for backup emergency use and this generator will easily run the necessities for comfortable living.

About this a month ago and so glad that I did. It’s nice to know that when I have my surgeries that I will have back up power while I am recovering. This product will supply power to everything I need in my small little house. Thank you
