I had done a ton of research and ultimately landed on the WGen9500DF for my power needs. I had been looking at this generator for several months going back and forth on whether or not to buy it. After several power failures and living on a farm with well water, I decided to purchase it. So far, I haven't had to use it for an extended period of time, but at first go, I have a good feeling about this piece of equipment. It was very well packaged and protected. There really wasn't much to setup; just the feet and wheels (and they provided the 10mm wrench). It took a little to start the first time, which was to be expected, but after letting it run and break in a little, it started easily with the push button, remote control, and even the pull start. The motor runs very smoothly and consistently and surprisingly isn't that loud! I tested it a bit on some power tools and the generator barely dropped RPM's and recovered almost immediately. I have a few more tests to perform to acquaint myself with it and be ready for when I need it, but thus far, I'm very happy with my purchase. I have much more piece of mind that when the power goes out, my family and animals will be safe.

I have used many generators in my lief. I live in southern Alabama and have experienced may hurricanes and the aftermath. The remote start and attached handle make this a dream to use. Dual fuel option is a great idea in the event we cant get gas after a bad hurricane. Its fairly quiet for the size too

Purchase this item for this upcoming hurricane season, always have to stay prepared in Texas! Honestly I couldn’t have made a better purchase! Delivery was fast and they were able to place it in my garage. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

I purchased this to replace a good-running portable generator that we've been using for emergency whole-home backup during a power outage. The old one had low hours, but we needed a more powerful generator to work with our well. Being tri-fuel, this generator makes it very convenient for us now that we can hook right up to our natural gas supply line at the house -- no more running to the gas station during a power outage. The build quality seems to be excellent.

The dual-fuel capability offers extra peace of mind. Enough power here to run the whole house with the right transfer switch. Installed the wheels, added the included oil, filled the tank and started right up...as it should. Tested manual pull, push-button, and remote starts as well as all outlets and features. No issues. Nice generator.

My neighbor purchased the same unit a week ago during a power outage and it ran perfect for 3 days. It handle all his homes power needs without any problems. So I decided to purchase one. I ordered it after having been left with no power for nearly 4 days in the worst winter in years. I decided that we weren’t going to go through that again. Soon after, I ordered one of these to use as backup for the essentials. It was on back order for about a month or so, but I picked it up and the box was in great shape. The wife and I unpacked it, filled it with the whole bottle of 10w30 oil it came with, which got it to the middle of the dipstick. I hooked up a 20 pound propane tank and the battery, programmed the remote, and started it the first time. Ran some power tools on it and let it run for 25 minutes to see if any issues developed. Rock solid! No issues and will put it in an enclosure to quiet it down a bit and keep the elements off of it, and still allow me to run it from within.

Just purchased. Easily assembled, easy to follow directions. Has generated a lot of interest. So far, six different neighbors have stopped by to check it out. Great interest in the Dual Fuel capability. Also the fold down and away handle is a big hit. Nests away in a relatively small space in garage corner.

Got this generator after much research. Came with the non-flattening wheels, easy carrying handles, connection hose for propane tank. It cranked right up out of the box without any diff. Haven't used with the camper yet but only bought for emergencies and haven't had any yet.
