Very nice machine...easy to set up, and easy to operate. Have not used it for a power outage yet but am certain it will meet our needs. May sound crazy...but I can't wait to lose power!!!!!!!!!!

This generator not only has the power to run all my home systems, but has so many useful features, such as USB charging ports, remote start, but to name a few. Phenomenal!

Bought 2 months ago, and all is as advertised. Starts and runs great, and runs my well pump on 30amps, as well as power equipment. Also runs everything on my my BIG RV, with 2 ACs, using the 50amp outlet. Covers all my needs as advertised!

Just received my new generator the design and features are amazing. It’s the best looking unit on the market with the power to run my whole house. Westing house has the best reputation. Can’t wait for the power to go out, joking.

Based on review we purchased this generator - hopefully we won't have to use for the upcoming hurricane season. However wanted to be prepared - try to run most of house on this generator.

Instructions were clear and quick start guide was User friendly. A lot of great features. Easy to maneuver and perfect for power outages for large families.

Runs strong not too loud. Survived big snow blizzard powered house with transfer switch Easy to assemble On/off rocker switch malfunctioned very early on

Bought this 9500 Gen for emergency backup. Started the unit the day it was installed. Put the unit into storage. I just replaced to battery as the original went dead. I still have no juice, The machine seems to have died.
