This generator didn’t even last (3) three months! Valve spring broke! Broken metal pieces got into cylinder wall and piston! They were scarred! So I have been without a generator for two weeks waiting for a new replacement! No power to run my air conditioner!!

This dual fuel generator with electric/remote start is the perfect fit for us. Yes it is a beast for an old guy to move around, but the features it has to offer outweigh that. It performs exactly as advertised and buying it online was without problems. The price was affordable for our situation. 5 STARS

I bought this generator after we lost power during a pretty bad Midwest storm. Packaging/instructions was great and it started and ran flawlessly. We used it primarily for our freezers and even powered the air conditioning in our camper. I'd recommend this unit to any homeowner looking for piece of mind during power outages. I fired it up a few random times since the initial purchase, purred like a champ. The auto start is a great option and the remote is coinvent too.

Lost power second day after bringing it home, set up was straight forward and easy, started on first attempt. It plugged directly into our house after setting the manual transfer switch to correct position and ran as expected for 6 hours until power was restored.

After a 3 day power outage in our neighborhood we decided a generator was a must. A friend recommended the Westinghouse. We are so pleased with the price point as well as the security of knowing we have a reliable generator from a reliable company. Thank you!

Cannot get it to start with Gas. Gas is going to Carb , but will not start. This was bought in 2021 Oct. but never tried to start and run with Gas. I suspect there is trash in carb from factory. It would get at least 4 stars if it was not for that. Now I have to fix a brand new motor. Just what I needed to do.

The generator has lived up to expectations. I am an airline pilot so when the power goes out I am usually not home so my wife has to set up the generator and the best feature is the Push to Start. I trust Westinghouse products because my father-in-law was a mechanical engineer for them for 30 years.

shipping was quicker than expected box was a little torn up upon arrival but no damage that i have found. great looking and running product once i got it running. it will not fire up on the first few cycles even after you have run it a while is my biggest complaint. other than that its a good unit.

Delivery was a breeze and even arrived earlier than expected. The setup was straight forward by following the manual. The manual is complete and easy to understand. I stated the unit using a 20# cylinder of LP gas. I also stated it on natural gas without any issues. I do not plan on using gasoline unless I have to. This was a prime selling point for my purchase. I know I will be using this sometime this spring.

Although not needed in real time use yet, this model has started without hesitation each time it is fired up. The battery has needed trickle charge once but only took a couple minutes to reach starting capacity. Will be a reliable member of the family
