This generator is the premium package. I really like some of the additional features on this generator. For example, the battery disconnect will prevent parasitic drain of the battery for long storage. I love the fact that it has an automatic choke (or not one at all, I'm not sure but one less thing to worry about). Dual fuel, easy to start, has the pull crank just in case, and enough power for all my needs. I prefer the solid tires as well, my old generator had air tires that went flat after a couple of months. It also comes with a charger to recharge the battery. Remote start...this thing does it all.

Arrived very well packaged so no damage. It's heavy so have a boxcutter ready to slide out on to a rug but after that it's simple to assemble.Just had to install the feet and wheels. The battery connections were already screwed on so that was 1 less thing I needed to do. I was pleased with the size and construction of the tires. I put the oil (provided-use the entire bottle) and the gas in and it started right up. It's a beast for power. Little louder than I expected but if power is out I figure the neighbors will have their own generators going. Electrician installed a transfer box and set up my breakers for what we will power up when needed.

We bought this generator after researching several online. We liked the amperage, features, dual fuel, and remote start. We set it up yesterday and were pleasantly surprised that it was quieter than expected. So far so good. Hopefully we will enjoy many years with our new generator!

I purchased this generator as a backup power source for my home in south Florida. It has enough power to run all necessary items in case of an emergency. Great features include dual fuel operation push button or remote start using supplied fob. Unit is of high quality and I expect many years of service with proper maintenance.

I purchased the WGEN9500DF last month in preparation for hurricane season in Florida after doing a lot of research. This is a versatile generator with lots of features and power to handle just about any situation whether it's a power outage, RV camping, or as a whole house generator if you install a transfer switch. Setup was easy although the unit is pretty heavy without the wheels and feet installed so be careful. Once those are on moving it is easy. My unit took the entire bottle of oil initially that came with it just FYI so you might want to purchase some extra 10w30. The battery was already connected to the terminals but there are 2 connectors in between the unit and the battery that need to be connected. The instructions only talk about hooking up the terminal connectors but that's already done. I've only used the propane so far just to make sure it worked and wouldn't leave gas inside while storing. It fired up like a champ on the first try with the push button start. After shutting it down, I plugged the battery in to charge so we're good to go for hurricane season. Hopefully we won't need to use it... :)

I am so happy I got this, much needed. it has dual fuel just the right power to run whatever I want in my home, and on the go! I live in a small town which control their power and it glitches and isn't very good out here, this really helps! hope to get off the grid soon

The Westinghouse WGen9500DF generator is a real work horse. This duel fuel generator is built very solid and has many extras. The electric start with Key fob is a nice touch. I have to wait for my electrician to tie into the house transfer switch, but it starts and runs smoothly. I am very pleased with this purchase. It is quite heavy and would be easier to move if Westinghouse had included 4 wheels instead of just 2.

I bought the Westinghouse generator for emergency power outages. We have been having outages more often. The generator started right up. Had to use the pull start. Need to figure out why the push start didn’t work. Successful test. Was really hoping for the bonus generator cover, as including the packet of documents.

Simply Amazing! Right out of the box, got it oiled and gassed up an with the press of a button you hear this beast ROAR (quietly). Great exhaust system for decent idle sound, folding handle is great and the run flat tires are a huge plus for this 240lb machine rolling around in a heavy duty steel frame. My neighbor just ordered his and my other neighbor is soon to order. Definitely the talk of the street! This item will not disappoint. Thank you Westinghouse!
