I bought this generator 2 days before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston, Texas and left us without power for over 5 days. This generator was a life saver powering my whole house thru this outage. I highly recommend having a transfer switch installed along with this to make it much easier to use. Excellent investment especially for the Gulf Coast of Texas.

This generator has it all. It will generate enough power to more than power everything I'll need in my house to be comfortable when the power goes out in Western New York. I won't miss a beat. Easy to assemble, and easy to move. Its well designed and easy to use. It's got a lot of extras too! I added the oil that comes with it, fueled it up and right out of the box it started right up. I'm very happy with my choice.

The manual is thorough and answered all the questions I had as someone who doesn't know engines much. Do note that the wheels don't ship attached. You have to lift the unit a bit to get them on. It's easy, but you might need help. You don't have to put the wheels on either if you wanna just leave it stationary.

Bought this in August. Started up fine. Tried it on all three fuels and ran my household items as a test. Fast forward 11 months and wont even turn over. Doesn't matter what fuel or battery or manual. Have tried all recommended actions. I have been waiting for 8 days to get a service call back and they cant give me any idea when I will get a call. NO idea what time or what day even!

I bought this to use being that I live in a rural area and we have a lot of hurricanes and this product meets my needs and more, it was easy to put together and it is well put together. Everything worked awesome when I hooked it together for a test run making sure everything works in the event that it's ready when needed and it was. Just praying that we don't have any hurricanes but I will be ready if so. I highly recommend this product!!

My Generator arrived when promised. Delivery driver was very professional and polite. Instructions are very well written and very understandable. Everything included with the generator was in the box. Installing the mounting feet and wheels was very easy. I plan to use synthetic oil, but have not added it to the engine yet. I plan to do that tomorrow, and run the generator on both gasoline and propane.

I recently purchased the WGen9500DF for home backup. I'm please with the features of remote start, electric start, dual fuel and very easy assembly (15 minutes). I also appreciate the small details of items like ball bearing wheels and high-quality rubber feet to help protect the generator.

Out of the package it started right up. like many of the features like the remote start, duel fuel, multiple plug-ins. Only one downfall so far is 240 connection is placed above the wheel. 240 cords have a very stiff cord so I will have to remove the wheel to be able to plug the cord in as not to create to much stress on the plug in the generator.

I purchased this generator online through the Home Depot. It arrived within 3 days. Unlike some other generators, this one came complete with lubricant, funnel, propane line, and a battery tender. The instructions made it easy to put together and it fired right up. Can’t wait to use it!

I've not yet used this generator enough to fully evaluate it, but everything so far has been excellent. It was easy to set-up and everything functions as advertised. The electric start feature is really nice. It runs smooth and is quieter than an older 5K generator that I had been using. It should make enduring these ridiculous PG&E power shutoff's much, much easier.
