I chose this generator to take advantage of the 50 amp capability since I have to supply power to a well pump during power outages. I went back and forth with the WGen7500DF due to overall fuel consumption, but it came down to wanting the 50 amp NEMA14-50R receptacle. I have not had a chance to run it in a real backup scenario yet, but I believe I will be prepared. I love all of the features that are included, like the electric and remote start and the 4 power ports. Assembly was very easy, and I used their supplied oil as break in. I would have given it an excellent review, but I have not had a chance to run it long term. In addition, one of the nuts for one leg seemed to be "over welded" so I could not get the bolt to engage. I used a temporary tie wrap and will have to run a thread tool through it to clean it up when I get the time. All in all, so far, so good.

Did some research prior to purchase. Was not disappointed when it arrived. Easy setup. Many options, and more outlets than competitors. Remote keyfob pretty cool. Easily swithes from propane to gasoline. Plenty of bells and whistles. Runs great. Haven't had to put a large load on it, but optimistic all will be good.

Bought this after Hurricane Beryl even though we didn't loose power. My mom lost power for 4 days and had a generator and knew after that we needed one. This will run all I need including our well. We have only hooked it up to propane to see if it works and worked right away.

We bought this power generator to secure our security and confort during power outages in our region. We received the well packed generator our a skid, the frame secures very well all unit items from any damage. It was in perfect condition during receiving!! It was very easy to assemble the wheels and front legs. Moving aroung this great machine is made easy, no problem. We ordered this just days before our first big Winter storm in early January. Once some of the snow melted we got this baby home and put her to work, replacing our 2k generator. No more rationing power; from pump house, to water heater, appliances, lights, etc., we finally have generator we have talked about for several years. Starts right up, and does all we hoped. Being use to a smaller unit in the past, this does make more noise and exhaust.....as it should. We could not be happier!!!

I bought this after the "big freeze" this year in Texas. From the time I cut the box open, I had it assembled and running in an hour. It fired up on the first touch of remote start. I have only run on propane so far. My end cover on back of motor was dented during shipping, and I am awaiting a replacement. Generator runs fine. I should be prepared for next storm.

Bought due to all the power outages we've experienced over the years due to storms, cars crashing into poles (with transformers), etc. Had a transfer switch wired in by electrician, so I can power all essential circuits of the house without putting linemen in danger. Hurricane Iaissia coming this week, so we'll see how my plan works out.

I was in need of a power generator and happy I settled on this one. Gives me peace of mind when the power goes out in my home. I am surely pleased with the ease of starting with the remote, and the convenance of the dual fuel feature. It keeps both my refrigerators and freezer working well plus a little light source.

After reviewing the numerous generators on the market and comparing, I narrowed my search and purchased the Wgen 9500. In short, it stands up to the competition hands down. And the best part is what you're getting for the price your getting it for. TY!

I bought this after a five-day power outage due to a hurricane. I wish I had purchased it before the hurricane! The unit is very well built and sturdy and I especially like the tri-fuel option so I can use natural gas if needed in emergencies. Gasoline gives more power output but gas will be scarce in the severe weather events that we have here in Texas hurricane.
