I am new to the generator universe and found the instructions easy to use and although I have only tested it and never had to use it, the instructions are so easy, my wife can use this product. We have it setup to be able to run the house in case of emergency loss of power. Thank you Westinghouse!

I really like the fact that I can use propane so I don’t need to worry about the gas going bad. For a extended outage I would switch to gas and try to run it down. Gas goes stale so fast now with the ethanol added. I like the remote control especially in by the winter. Overall very good product,

Just received generator today! Added wheels, sturdy rubber feet, motor oil, gas, connected battery and she started right up using remote. Tried propane and generator ran great! Cannot wait to put to a true working test! Looking forward to many good years of service!

I purchased this powerful generator for backup power at my permanent RV site. Additionally, it's also enough to supply power to my two 8'x14' buildings along with my RV. I like the simple remote start-up from inside my RV. Eventually, I will use the duel fuel feature and hook up a propane line from my big tank. I had difficulty getting the generator started on the first day's attempt. The next day's attempt to start the generator was a success. I've had no difficulty starting the generator for the past month. It ran smoothly while applying power needs during the break-in period. I have learned the battery will not hold power after some time. Constant battery charging is required. Rather than using the supplied 110VAC battery charger connected constantly, I will hook up an appropriate solar battery charger.

The generator is the perfect size to use as a back up for the home, whenever the utility power is lost. Easy to move around, starts right up (incl remote) and the dual fuel is great. I know two others that purchased the same generator and are equally as happy as myself.

I followed the instructions for filling with oil after assembly (which was very simple). Started up almost instantly and ran super smooth. It powers my fridge, 2 freezers, all lights and a couple space heaters. I think I could add more stuff if I needed to, so I’m extremely pleased with it. I’m ready for the next power outage!

I bought this Generator to feed my entire house. It has more than enough power to feed everything I need. Also a big deciding factor for us was the remote start! We love the remote start because my wife is Pregnant and we have a puppy and she cannot go outside to start it if I’m not around. Now she can be in the house and start it and stop it if need be. received a week earlier than initially projected. Packaged really well,all items intact, even includes a wrench for assembly, spark plug wrench, oil, and a funnel for the oil! Started right up, i used propane to test it out. I think this is a very good purchase with the tri fuel capability and all.

We love our Westinghouse WGen9500TFc generator, it uses gasoline, Liquid Propane Gas and Natural Gas as fuel and supplies us with up to 9,500w of running power, enough to power all of our electrical needs at home or 'ON-THE-GO' It is a Tri-Fuel unit so it is easily portable. OKLAHOMA is a state that has many tornadoes each year from MAY through November, and with heavy ICE storms December through February, each giving us multiple times or year with extended power outages. This WGen9500TFc unit has (2) Duplex 120v-20A 5-20R CFGI outlets, (1) 120/240v 30A, L14-30R outlet, & (1) 120/240v 50A, 14-50R outlet providing 120v to 240v 60Hz power for us. It moves easily on two large FLAT-FREE tires/wheels, and stabilized by (2) fixed front support legs. I researched this unit, it's reviews, and shared them with a fellow co-worker whom is a licensed electrical engineer by trade and his thoughts on this unit were very impressive, so we bought one and are glad we did. this unit comes with a 3-year limited warranty, and if you follow the service requirements, it should last you and us, many years of quality service. Purchased the generator after hurricane Helene so I have not used it much so far. The generator was easy to assemble and start. I have tested with propane so I wouldn't have to drain the gas afterwards. I like the option of tri fuel because I have the option of all of these and it would depend on the situation. I plan to install a manual switch so I don't need to run a bunch of extension cords. This generator should have enough power to run all the essentials and more.
