We purchased this after we lost power for 10 days as we needed a generator that would be flexible to run different fuels. The generator came with everything we needed to support the house with the essentials to start without any additional items needed to hook up. We will add a line to connect natural gas and to plug into our breaker box at a later date, but we have the comfort knowing that if needed the generator is ready right out of the box.

I have an older smaller generator and purchased this one for its size and power in preparation for the coming winter. We have occasional power outages anyway and now I know I have the power to get through most anything. Searched for a while to get just the right unit and I think I have succeeded.

I bought this generator to hook it up to my main panel and power my whole house. I have an energy efficient 2800sqft home (led lights, etc) but, at the same time I have an electric stove, water heater, dryer, etc. This generator can run everything with ease, even with the whole house AC running (this is the first thing you want to start before turning on lights and other devices). Obviously you don't want to run everything at the same time, but in the case of a power outage, you'll be very comfortable.

After delivery, my husband was thrilled that he was able to figure how to make this work! He thought the directions were concise and easy to understand. He is happy that the noise level of this generator seems to be quieter than both of our neighbors generators! He is both pleased and satisfied!

Single female living alone in the mountains... this is my first generator, figured everything out and it started right out of the box. All was perfect and really appreciate the simple, easy to follow instructions. Was concerned about the weight but with the padded handle, no problem maneuvering. High quality item and I feel blessed to have been guided to this product with so many to choose from!

Getting the generator unboxed and set up for use was a breeze. The instructions need a little refresh for the battery connection, but the connection has been simplified via a plug-based setup vs manually connecting wires, so easy to figure out. Have not run the unit yet and will update the review if I run into challenges, but the unit seems very solid and the features are great.

It has enough output to run the whole house and not just a few appliances. The dual fuel feature is very nice because it allows for continuous operation using two propane tanks with automatic switch over regulator. No more shutting off, cool off, refuel, resume! It can keep running with a full propane tank while the empty one is replaced.

Ahead of the hurricane season this year I hurt my back checking aged generators and thought there had to be a better portable product available. I found it with this dual fuel model. The WGen9500DF not only had great reviews, it’s affordable and versatile yet produces enough power on either fuel source to power all our essentials through any outage and the freedom to run off our home propane or gas, non-ethanol preferred.

I bought this item Saturday July 6th 2024. I got it and did a break in period on Sunday. Hurricane Beryl came in on on Monday July 8th. The generator worked just fine for the first 4 hours. Then I heard a shift in the sound of the generator and I lost the power to the 2 fans and refrigerator I had running off of it. The generator still runs, it doesn't give any electrical power though. It will occasionally com back and let some power through for 5 or 10 minutes. When it loses power the LED screen goes black and it trips the GFCI outlets. I have tried to get support from the website. I have heard nothing from them in over a week.

We were exceptionally happy to find this generator with all the features we were looking for, after living in our home in Florida for the last 20 years and using a small portable generator with extension cords throughout, we finally took the leap and had a transfer switch put in. This generator is exactly what we needed to run the house and it was well packed and started right up out of the box. Hopefully we will not need to use it this hurricane season, but it has given me piece of mind to have. The only thing I wish is that it had come with a Co2 alarm,
