After enduring hurricane Ian, I will never again worry about being without power for days at a time. My neighborhood electrician was able to easily set everything up so that we can use it when we need it. We did a test and found that it easily powered my a/c and other essential household items. I hope to never have to use this equipment, but know that I'll be in great shape if I need to at some point in the future.

Just bought this generator I’m happy to have different options of fuel, during power outages is hard to find gasoline because fuel stations don’t have power , but with the option of natural gas you don’t have to worry about where to get fuel. It just give you a peace of mind.

I bought this generator during a recent power outage and used for approximately 6hrs. It was easy to assemble and I didn't see any damage or missing parts. Once assembled and full of fuel, it started and ran flawlessly all through the break-in period. So far I'm very happy with the machine itself, however I have complaints with the documentation that came with the machine. The remote start feature is neat, but seems pointless considering the manual states the generator should be started before any loads are hooked up. So why would I remote start it, just to then plug things in? Seems pointless but doesn't negatively affect operation so it's fine. First of all, owners manual has a lot of issues with product feature descriptions. The manual mentions "ECO switch" in one paragraph, but the images of the machine with labels doesn't show the ECO switch anywhere. Normally if it's an optional feature, the manual will say something like "if equipped" but this one doesn't say that. It just talks about features as if the machine has them, yet it doesn't. Or maybe it does but it's not labeled correctly??? Also, on one page the manual states fuel capacity is 1.1 gallons, on another page it says 6.6 gallons. Obviously 1.1 gallons is wrong, but I can't help but wonder if it's supposed to be something else? The manual doesn't say engine oil capacity anywhere, so I suspect the 1.1 gallon fuel capacity is supposed to say 1.1qt of oil. The manual also mentions the smart switch connector, but as zero description of what it is or what it's for. I assumed it's for optional equipment, but what? Why can't the manual say something about it? I had to look online to figure out what it was for. Overall, the owners manual is vague at best and leaves a lot of questioning. I'm mechanically inclined and have used generators in the past, but for someone with no generator experience, you'll want a lot better description and operation than what this provides. It would seem the owners manual was written by someone who's never seen the machine or used it. Overall, great machine, poor documentation.

I had this shipped to an Electrician so cam over to install a transfer switch. After cutting open the Box, I had the wheels installed, legs on, oil in, and propane tank hooked up in 20 min. Connected the battery, and this thing started up immediately. Very satisfied with the packing, the tools that came with it, ( included the 4- stroke oil) and the manuals. Great product out of the box.

We purchased this generator as Insurance against severe storms and losing our power! We live in Northern WI and snow storms and wind can cause power outages. 2 summers ago we lost power for 8 hours and it’s hard to keep everything cold in summer and house warm in winter

I am very pleased with the purchase of this Westinghouse generator. It came with all the accessories I need to start up the Generator (except for fuel). It was very easy to install. The instructions are very clear. I could turn on the generator the first time I tested it. It came just in time when the hurricane Baryl hit Houston. The Dual Fuel is really a nice feature. I ran out of gasoline and I could run it using the LP. Excellent Generator.

This is a great generator. I have not used but my friend had this generator during the last hurricane in Houston and powered their large 2 story home for a week. This generator has been out of stock and most places all summer and it just arrived. We unpacked it and set it up and all is working great. We will be prepared for the next power outage but hope it isnt in the near future but at least we have a generator. I recommend

Got this Generator in and It fired right up. Broke it in and put it under a serious load and without a glitch it never missed a beat. Very happy as this as it's the 1st WestingHouse I've ever owned and already plan to buy another one for my Race Car trailer.

Bought this to use for my hunting and camping trips. It’s big enough to power the mini split in my enclosed trailer in case of extreme temperatures and still run some lights and other items in camp. Assembled the unit, hooked up the propane and it fired right up. Just a bit on the heavy side at a little over 200 lbs but it’s on wheels.

This unit is very well put together and has a lot of nice features plus I love the fact that it’s dual fuel. I really don’t plan on using gasoline unless I have no other option and for those of you who are not familiar with using LP gas the engine will burn a lot cleaner. You can run this thru the oil change interval and the oil will still come out clean as it was when you put it in although it still breaks down and WILL need changed you won’t have dirty carbon deposits left in the engine block which equals more wear and shorter engine life.
