I am glad I bought this generator. It is well built. The push start is a breeze. No more manually cracking a generator to start it. It can also be wired directly into the house. I haven't come across anything yet that seems flimsy or made of cheap materials, except for the fuel type selection button. I wish it was more tactile/heavy. I love the battery charger option. Now I never have to worry about the battery dying on me. Things I like: * Built well * Feature packed * Easy and predictable start * Works as described Things that need to be improved: * Shipping times * Westinghouse barely gave me enough oil to fill the engine to just about the low oil level mark. I know they drain it before shipping it but I barely had enough oil to test start it. * The manual did not specify the oil capacity of the engine. Only time will tell if this or any generator is worth it; but as of right now; I love it.

I wanted a solution to combat intermittent power issues resulting from weather-related and infrastructure age-related outages that was less expensive than the whole home options and also provided flexibility for use in other situations where portable power was needed lime remote use of a travel trailer. The Westinghouse tri-fuel generator fit the bill. I needed it recently, and it fired right up with the remote and kept us operational in our home. After six months of ownership, I am very pleased with the product.

Completed start-up per instructions. Oil provided was slightly less than what is needed. connected with LP and started up the first attempt. the noise level is similar to older generator but I did not measure. I will provide an updated review after I have used the generator for at least 100 hours but for now, so far so good!

We received our Generator yesterday - followed the instructions for setup using propane and tested the remote fob. It worked each time and the distant for remote is good within the insides of our home. Excited to have a backup generator for our home for the next power outage as we live in the hills and power goes out in Summer and Winter here.

I just bought this and appears like it is well built and has solid features. Putting it together was a breeze. The only problem I had was that when I installed the feet to the frame. The welded on nuts were not aligned with the holes in the frame. I had to drill the frame (enlarge the holes) to allow the bolts to go through the frame and engage the nuts. Looking forward to using it in the future.

Very easy to assemble. Started up with out any issues. Electric start is a plus. Peace of mind having a manual start option as well. Having service panel replaced for having the ability to connect for supplying whole house power in the case of a power outage.

Bought this generator since we live in hurricane country. We decided to buy a quality product and after some reviews decided on the 9500 duel fuel. We bought it from Amazon because of the price but when it arrived the box was barely holding together. The cover for the pull start is bent so it's stuck. The wheel kit and oil were missing. If you buy one definitely get it in person. The generator itself is great.

Just purchased this and had it delivered today, very quick and easy set up. Put the oil in, filled with gas, and it fired up with no issues. Highly impressed with the build quality and attention to detail with the GFCI receptacles and waterproof covers. Couldn't find anything as a close of a competitor without going to a heavy duty commercial type that's 2-3x the cost, as well as something with 50A output in this price range. This should easily run my 2500SF home with the appliances, lights, and heating if needed. Can't wait to use this when needed (but hope it doesn't come down to it).

I bought this unit to provide emergency power to my home. It arrived quickly and the setup was quick and easy. I integrated the unit into my home power supply and it works great, providing all the power I need to run my home in a power outage condition.

I bought this last month and just tried it over the weekend At first I could not get it to start, then thought maybe the battery does not have enough charge to start it as it was turning over but would not start, and sure enough this was the problem, put jump leads from the car battery and boom first time start Love the push button and key fob starts I live in Florida but did not need it for this storm but I know its going to be a great insurance in the coming years First class product, first class price with all the bells and whistles
