This generator checked all the boxes - Dual fuel (I use propane as it is safer to store and less expensive than gas) Electric Start, Trickle Charger for battery, CO Sensor, Remote Start, and Powers My Whole House. Connecting directly to electric meter in power outages, just push the button on the remote and it starts up and and everything is good to go...

When first power on it appeared to work fine, after about 15 min. it started to surge as if no fuel. Unable to rectify problem......after several starts at least 6 times....it sounded like it cleared up and was running normally....will have to monitor

This generator seems to be of high quality at a reasonable price, and has many nice features, especially the dual fuel capability. Being able to use gasoline or propane is a big plus, especially in remote areas and when the weather is bad. It starts right up and runs smoothly on both fuel types.

It came out of the box perfect even though there was damage on the box. Started up almost immediately after gas and oil and a battery charge. Remote is great and works for a good distance. Only thing I wish was different was the propane inlet. WIth it was the same as a normal propane hose but it is a smaller screw on fitting. May look for an adapter so can hook to the camper tank easier.

I bought the 9500 last year but didn't test run until April 2023 because their has been no power outage and immediately noticed a gas leak when attempting to start for the first time, WH service advised its probably leaving for fuel open/shut valve. The next issue was WH product service providers in my area (4) would not accept WH warranty repairs unless I payed for repairs and let WH reimburse me, I refuse and relayed this to WH who advised ship it back to us for a replacement, this was done 4-24-23, The replacement (open box gen with 5 hours time) will be shipped to me when they receive the faulty gen, What a hassle but over all I believe the 9500 is a good product.

I bought this generator with hopes of powering all the essentials in my parents' house. I'm very impressed with the product. The biggest selling point for me was it can take two forms of fuel. Assembly was very easy, and I'm able to power almost any home appliance I can at it. I expected it to be very loud, but it's not as loud as other generators I've come across of similar size. Hooking it up to my tank of propane was incredibly easy. It was easier than pouring gasoline into it. It's good to have fuel options! I also like the multiple ways to start it up. It even comes with a key fob start up remote. I'm very happy with my purchase and I know this generator will last me a long time.

The peace of mind this generator gives me is second to none. The key fob is awesome, I can start it from my 2nd story bedroom window, I will use this to run most of my house, I’m sure it can handle the whole house if needed. Quieter than expected so that’s a major plus. Looks awesome also.

Has every hookup that I might need. Easy to start/with remote Easy to hook up to my propane tank. First time I started it up on propane, it worked great. Like the electric start and the number of outlets. Will be using to operate electric equipment around my property. Backup generator for house in case of power lose. Will not be at a loss for electric power.

I bought a Westinghouse power washer almost two years ago. The 3 year warrany shoes pride in the product by the company. I have used it several times with no issues. Now I have purchased the Generator for the same reason, 3 year warranty. It was also priced well for all it includes. Dual fuel, electric start, remote control, and it is very quiet compared to my old generator. It also looks great.

I really am impressed with this Westinghouse generator. I did a great deal of research on what generator to purchase and the 9500DF was very well reviewed. when I received the generator it took only 30 minutes setup time and I had it running. A very solid product. I had a question for technical support and they answered within 8 minutes and answered my question. I am very happy with this purchase.
