Love this generator! We bought it after Snovid-21. Easy setup and started on first try. Probably will never have another winter storm with multiple days of no electricity, but it’s great not to have to worry about it. It will probably get more use when spring/summer storms knock out our power.

I purchased this about three weeks ago and it has worked as advertised. Started up easily the first time and everything worked. Have been running it on gas mostly for the break-in but tried propane and it also ran great. Haven't had a chance to run it extensively under a heavy load, but don't foresee any issues.

Got this unit 2 days ago. Unpacked it from box and assembled it in minutes. Love that it already has a battery and charger plus push button start including a key fob. Tested it on propane after filling with oil and it fired right up and ran great. I checked the voltage outputs and frequency with my meter and they checked excellent. Will be easy to start and run periodically since I can charge the onboard battery and connect a propane tank in minutes!! So far... Great experience!!

I recently purchased this generator to use for various functions, including backup power during power outages. The documentation was well written, and the instructions were clear. I had this generator up and running in just a few minutes. The dual fuel option is fantastic, and the battery start works perfect. The noise level is relatively quiet for a generator this size, and it provides more than enough power for any use. I connected this generator to my home via a Transfer switch and this unit can power the entire home including a 4 TN AC system. We live in Florida and wanted to be prepared for the storms. This is the perfect addition to our house and should keep us powered and cool while using the Propane fuel.

I purchased this generator as a backup power source for my home in south Florida. It has enough power to run all necessary items in case of an emergency. Great features include dual fuel operation push button or remote start using supplied fob. Unit is of high quality and I expect many years of service with proper maintenance.

Purchased the WGen9500DF a month ago for back up power at my house and am so glad I did. I live in a very wooded area and the power goes out quite often. The awesome features on this model include the dual fuel capability, electric start with remote Key Fob, and multiple data display modes. This unit runs very steady, does not vibrate and is very well balanced. It’s the perfect size to keep my wife and me comfortable in our home. A good friend of mine was so impressed that he’s already purchased one, too.

So far it has been reliable and is working well. This generator replaced one that was very similar that I was borrowing from a different brand. While still loud it seems slightly quieter to me. I also like the remote start that allows me to start it while I am still inside my trailer without going outside.

I hooked up the generator to my natural gas line. I've only done the break in and it works as expected. I like the push button start. It would be nice to be able to drain the oil without tilting the generator since it's so heavy. The wheel installation is definitely a 2 person job.

Found all the listed items in the box. Nothing appeared to have been damaged in shipping. Followed the assembly and preparation instructions exactly. The provided container of engine oil wasn't quite enough; so, I purchased an addiitonal quart. Otherwise no complaints. Connected LP tank. Prepared the generator to start per the instructions. It started on the second crank and operated (without a load) for 30 minutes. Have yet to connect to connect and transfer power to house circuits. Am with holding a 5-star rating pending operation with a substantial power load..
