The generator arrived right on time. Assembly and setup were easy and clearly explained in the user manual. The generator fired right up and produced electricity as designed. It has a lot of capability for the money and I love the dual fuel feature. I'm very happy with my purchase

I have just received this generator and have only operated it for a 60 minute break-in. It fired up right out of the box, no hesitation at all using propane. First off I would like to point out the quality that is built into this machine. The electric start is a great feature, and also including this really cool long distance key-chain remote to start and stop it from over 100 yards away. No need to weather the storm to stop or start your generator. Another great feature is the dual-fuel ability. this allows you to switch between gas or propane without even turning off the generator. no more temporary blackouts while you change the type of fuel. Includes everything you will need to start it up, (Minus you fuel choice) including a wrench, spark-plug tool, funnel, pouch, propane hose and regulator assembly and even the 1-quart 1-ounce bottle of oil. When this item arrived and was opened every thing was in perfect condition. The packaging was superior in protecting the unit. Assembly was amazingly simple and well thought-out. One of the first indicators of this machines quality is when you first lift the transporting handle to move it. It is a beefy handle with foam wrapping for comfort. The very well designed balance of this generator makes it effortless to more about. My wife can move it with little effort. The tires are large and the lift handle is strong, hefty and secure. O yeah.... the units resting feet have suction cups built-in to prevent the generator from creeping around while running on a smooth surface. I can not wait to put the this machine to work.... A solid generator with a ton of options and flexibility. Power output is solid for the units size. It’s large, but not all that difficult to move around by hand thanks to the nice and solid handle. Great to have electric start, including the remote. It worked very well and makes it easy to start by anyone (while also having the pull cord as backup). It includes a charger for the battery which is great to keep the battery charged and ready to go. Also being dual fuel gives a lot of options. I like the propane option. Running off a 20lb grill gas tank is super easy, and avoids having to put gasoline in the unit making it heavier to run and requiring stabilizer when it sits for long periods of time. yes, output capacity is slightly derated on propane, but the ease and clean burn from propane is worth the trade. Overall a solid unit with a ton of features. Very happy with the purchase.

Product arrived earlier than expected. Looks great! Can't wait to prep and be prepared for the unexpected. We survived a hurricane and this would've been great to have during the weeks of power outages. My wife is excited because she'll be able to start it with ease when there's another power loss.

I bought this after experiencing a long power outage during a hurricane. Finally had a chance to use during another outage and everything worked smoothly. It handled all of my needs and the next move will be to install an 50 amp breaker to avoid using so much fuel.

Great machine! Highly recommended by my electrician. Ive had it for 2 months, ran break-in period, testing periog with electrician, and subsequent test after 1month. It starts and runs well with full load at temps below -5 degrees C. Charges battery when not inuse. Runs on gas and propane. Controls are straightforward and easy to operate. Easy to move around and position. I live in rural Quebec with cold winters and power outages, and I am very happy with this generator.

Too early to fully review, will come back once I use. Only disappointment so far is the amount of scuffing on the painted parts. Obviously rubbed too much during shipping. Even looks like a poor factory touch up of frame. It's matte black, but touch up was glossy.

Received the generator well packaged without any damage or issues. Unpacking and assembly were quick and easy. After adding engine oil as instructed and hooking up to propane, the generator started using the key fob on the second try. The generator was easy to move. The noise level was very acceptable for a generator of this size. A great sense of security for when local power fails.

Selected this generator after several months of research. We have had a couple of multiday power outages, so to ensure family health, comfort and safety, I chose this one. Easy setup, sturdy build and enough power to suit our needs. Started first time and ran like a champ. Very happy so far.
