Generator was delivered in sturdy packaging. Well packed and thought out as to order (manuals and accessories easy to find and access on top). Comes with basic tools to put together and maintain. Easy assembly - two feet with two bolts each and two wheels with axle, spacer, and cotter pin. Filled with supplied oil, connected supplied battery, connected propane bottle with supplied hose and regulator, pressed start and POWER! Very good first impressions.

ASSEMBLY WAS MINIMUL. ONLY ISSUE WAS TOOK ABOUT 1.5 QTS OIL. FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS BUT WAS NOT CLEAR. ONCE I SAW OIL AT TIP COVERING THE "L" I STOPPED AND TESTED UNIT AGAIN. THEN RECHECKED OIL. HANDLED FULL LOAD AFTER WARM UP WITHOUT ANY ISSUSES. NOISE WAS AS EXPECTED AND BOTH PROPANE AND GAS RUN FINE. FEATURES ARE NICE AND SIMPLE. A GREAT ADDITION WOULD BE AN AMPERE METER/VOLTAGE. HOOKED UP TO OUTSIDE 50 AMP PLUG, THEN TO A AUTOMATIC SWITCH OVER TRANSFER BOX. INTSALLED A 10 MIN DELAY TIMER ON AC UNIT AND ELECTRIC FURNANCE BACK. THIS ALLOWS FOR EQUALIZATION OF GENERATOR POWER AND THE SEQUENCE OF BRINGING THEM ONLINE. WILL SEE HOW WELL PREFORMS UNDER POWER FAILURE, BUT EXPECT NO ISSUES.

We bought this generator two months ago, and I have finally had time to open the box. Assembly was very simple and straightforward. Directions are clear and even I was able to put the wheels on and program the remote. There were no steps skipped in the directions, and they assumed that you knew nothing, which was perfect for me. After putting oil and gas in the generator, I open the fuel valve, pressed start and Wala! It started on the first push button. I ran it about 10 minutes and put it back in the garage. Actually, I hope I never need to use it because we bought it in case of hurricanes

Assembly took about a half hour. Started right up with propane. I plan to extend the exhaust and run it from my ventilated garage in an emergency, with the exhaust pipe under the garage door and a fan running in the garage window, to protect it from theft at night.

I just purchased this generator and was impressed with it's solid construction and aesthetics right out of the box.  Westinghouse is rated as a top tier generator and has solid legacy reputation as a quality product.  Even though it weighs 250 lbs, the front folding handle enables easy transport.  Generator is transfer switch ready, control panel is methodically arranged.  Setup was quick, just 2 wheels and front support legs.  It truly is an impressive machine, can't wait to fire it up.  Tent running cover allows easy access to controls and refueling options.  Will provide future reviews regarding noise level and running efficiency.  Very happy with my purchase.  Service center stated that other comparible generators cannot run 12 hrs straight without overheating  this however is not an issue with this generator. 

Followed the clear set-up instructions, added oil, attached propane tank source and it fired up the very first time. Under a whole house load it was smooth and no hesitation. My Electrican was quite impressed. Many positives about this generator. The negative is that it is a bit noisier than I was expecting but not a deal breaker.

The documentation is complete and shows all technical info for the proper maintenance of this unit. The tool kit and funnel are a welcomed inclusion. I like the ability to keep the battery charged with the included AC adapter. This thing has all the bells and whistles.

This generator has a good power rating for a portable generator. The dual fuel option gives us flexibility if one type of fuel is hard to get or store. The multiple outlet types allow us to hook into a transfer switch, high wattage cable, or standard outlets.

This generator has all the features I was looking for and more. It has a 50 Amp output so I can hook it to my electrical panel through my transfer switch. Also, dual fuel with easy switching between LP & gas, push button start, multi-use digital readout, battery charger, etc. I especially look forward to using the remote start key fob to fire up the generator this winter.
