Purchase generator December 2022, it worked great for the first time we needed it in July 2023, however, it is now January 2024 and upon testing the generator. I’m unable to get it to start. I’m not able to obtain any Indicating lights even with a new battery. Not sure what the issue is.

i got this about 1 month ago. I run it on natural gas. set up was very easy. started right up Runs the whole house. Haven't tried the a/c yet . I have a work shop and it ran 2 240 volt heavy duty machines at once plus my household appliances. Heat ,stove, and water heater are gas.so no problem. I would not try to run my machines, the a/c and dryer at one time, but one at a time will probably work. I haven't had it long ,but so far seems like a good purchase .

This dual fuel generator runs on both gas and propane. Since I am a current propane gas user for other home appliances, this is an excellent choice for me. The remote control starter is perfect for an older user who cannot easily start a rope pulled starter, as my last generator had. The HP is much higher for this compact unit and will service all my needs in an emergency.

Been running this generator on site for a month. I have it hooked up to a 100 lb propane tank and works very well. The remote start makes it handy to start or stop from the job trailor. The safety person was concerned about the decibel level being above 85 DB, but when we put a DB monitor 1’ from the muffler it was only 77 DB. As far as a generator goes it has met all our needs on a 50Amp ckt. No problem. I would purchase again.

Just got this open today, put wheels on and added oil, hooked up propane it started on the second try, ran house for an hour, seemed to work well except my back up power supplies did not like the power from the generator completely, kept setting off alarm on it. Also ran generator on gasoline for 15 minutes added fuel stabilizer seemed to work fine to.

Bought this unit to supply power to essential appliances in case of power failure for extended periods and to power the camper when using it off grid. Everything seems to be working fine for now, however I have not tested this product extensively or for prolonged periods of time. So far I am pleased with this product.

I just received my generator WGent 9500 TFC and the remote doesn't work and looks like it has been used. (Scratched, wrinkled label on back) I cannot get the remote to program. Have called 800 # (someone will call back). Online chat (wanted my credit card).

Especially that we have the choice of having the generator run on propane. We were impressed with the parts that came along with the generator. This generator is very manageable and yet will be a dependable source of power if we should loose our electricity.

We purchased this generator as a backup whole-home power source. We had an electrician install the necessary power inlet box and main panel upgrade, and the system works great. This generator has great features for manual and remote start, multi-fuel options, good looking and easy to move around. For the few parts needed for assembly, the generator was ready to go in no time! I would recommend this generator in a heartbeat! Whether we are powering the necessities in the house during an emergency or plugging in the blender for a Margarita, I think we have it covered!
