Received the unit today 24 Jan. 2022. Should have taken about 30 minutes to assemble, but had trouble with lugs on frame for the mounting feet. the treads were faulty on two the lugs. one on each foot. Had to purchase a tap to to correct the treads. The person welding these lugs need to be more observant as the defect was in the material. Some kind of oil had drained into the bottom of the shipping carton. The oil plug was not tightened and the lp fitting protector was in the bottom of carton. Fitting does no appear to damaged. That is the reasons that I did not give the unit a 5 star. I have run the unit for about an hour and a half on gasoline. Started up and ran with no problem using the fob and the start button. Output was correct and steady under a moderate load. I have not test the LP fuel yet. That will be tomorrow. To sum the review up, I am happy to this point in the unit. If I had not had the tread problem, this would have been 5 stars.

I pulled this new dual fuel generator out of the box, installed the wheels and two feet, added some oil and gas and then was ready for the moment of truth. I flipped the switch and pushed the start button..... and .... it started right up with no problems! I haven't hooked up the 50A outlet to my home's 50A lockout connector, but will do so before the hurricane season starts here in Southwest Florida.

I bought a smaller Westinghouse iGen4500DF about 3 yrs. ago and found with a small display problem they Westinghouse warranty made simple how it check it. I did that check and found it was bad not a lose connection. I called them back and the sent the easily to replace part in about 5 days. I am happy with there standing behind there product. I have not yet started it (Wgen9500Df) as i just got an hour ago, but with past experience with them I am looking forward to my 2nd Westinghouse gen.

Recently bought this generator for recreational use and the occasional power outage. To start of the deliver was quick and professional, the directions inside the box were extremely clear and very easy to follow. Once I acquired the appropriate materials I got it started. Easy, fast, and very sturdy and reliable. Overall great quality, completely worth every penny. You can’t put a price on peace of mind. If you’re looking for a sign whether to make this purchase, THIS IS YOUR SIGN. Would 10/10 absolutely recommend

The peace of mind this generator gives me is second to none. The key fob is awesome, I can start it from my 2nd story bedroom window, I will use this to run most of my house, I’m sure it can handle the whole house if needed. Quieter than expected so that’s a major plus. Looks awesome also.

Power going out more frequently bought the 9500 duel fuel so I could use propane and don’t have to worry about gasoline sitting in the tank for extended periods. This generator should have plenty to run the essential. Have faith in the Westinghouse name.

Purchased in June. Will be for a good use such as a hurricane. Would have preferred tri-fuel since we have NG here in SAV. Do you have a "bolt on adapter for NG"? Simple to use. Like the features. Glad it is from the USA. Keep up the good work. Semper Fidelis!

Purchased not knowing a SUPER SNOW STORM was coming just after delivery of my generator. Although I did not have time for whole house installation, I was able to use the extension cords for most items for survival. The generator was a snap to set up and get running.

I bought this generator two months ago to hook to my house if the power is down. I'm so glad I did. Our power was off for several hours. And thanks to this generator we were able to have power for lights and keep our fridge and freezers going. Very well built, easy to use, and love being able to have dual fuel options.

Only have a few hours runtime on the unit, but so far, it has performed as expected. It's rather heavy, so plan to have another person available to help you unload and unbox the unit. As to noise and vibration, the unit has exceeded my expectations. Noise is very tolerable when standing close, and I was very pleased with the lack of vibration while in operation.
